Seamless activation
- After purchasing the New York CityPASS, you will receive a mail with the pass, which you can use digitally or also print a hard copy and carry it with you.
- Ensure to download the My CityPASS app next to make reservations to the attractions if required. The app also features information about operating hours, location points, points, special offers and more.
Validity
- Before Activation: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- After Activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for 9 days.
