Stedet er det egentlige sted, hvor gondolturen begynder. Fordi der stod i billetten, at det er Interlaken station, spildte vi en time, da vi boede ret tæt på stedet. Da det først var ordnet, var det en problemfri oplevelse hele vejen.Michael

For det meste. Adgangen var problemfri, men der var flere ting, der var lidt forvirrende. -De faktiske tider, hvor billetten var gyldig til gondolen. På hjemmesiden stod der, at returkørslen med gondolen var gyldig i tre timer efter opstigningen, men i appen stod der 2 timer. Det fik Jungfraujoch til at virke forhastet, og vi kunne ikke nå at se alle de inkluderede attraktioner. -Instruktionerne for adgang til gondolen skal indeholde "gå ind gennem boardingbanen uden reservation". -Instruktionerne til toget fra Interlaken var ikke klare. Det burde have været tydeligere, at man bare skulle gå om bord på toget til Grindelwald, og at konduktøren ville scanne billetten.Kim

Note: This ticket also includes seat reservation for the descent. Descent is scheduled 3 hours later. If you miss boarding the gondola at the descent time, you'll have to wait in the queue for a long time.
