Vi bookede ture gennem Headout i London og Paris. Billetterne blev sendt til os via e-mail med gode anvisninger. Det hele gik glat, og vi havde en fantastisk tur.

Der var masser af plads til at sidde om bord, bådene sejlede pænt til tiden og indtil kl. 19, så vi havde masser af steder at se. Der blev ikke rigtig fortalt noget andet undervejs, men kortet var tydeligt.

Det hele var meget enkelt at bruge. Den eneste ulempe var, at vi brugte taxa og tog mere, da det ikke startede før kl. 10.30. Jeg vil anbefale at bruge og forstå navigo-kortet.

Helt fantastisk service. Skibet var stadig rent og i god stand. Personalet var trænet i sikkerhed. Optimering er nødvendig, der skal installeres rækværk på kajvæggen ved indgangene til vandsiden for at beskytte ældre, syge eller børn mod at falde i vandet.

Ifølge billetten var lukketiden kl. 19. Vi forlod skibet kl. 17 og fik noget at spise. Vi havde billetter til Eiffeltårnet og ville tage båden dertil efter middagen omkring kl. 18.30. Men der var ikke mere båd, da turen sluttede kl. 17.30 ifølge Teleoninfo. Vi var nødt til at tage en taxa. Det var ikke rart!

Accessibility

Ramps are available only at the Eiffel Tower stop for easy wheelchair access.

Accessible and paid parking spaces are conveniently located at Port de la Bourdonnais right near the Eiffel Tower stop.

Your guide dogs are welcome on the cruise.

Additional Information

Small dogs on a muzzle, leash, or a carrier are welcome on the cruise.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult all the time.

Your ticket, which gives you direct access to the boat, will be emailed to you instantly. The validity of the pass starts at the moment the ticket is scanned for the first time.
