Jeg bookede online og ville betale med Pay PAL. Der kom en fejlmeddelelse om, at transaktionen ikke kunne gennemføres. Så jeg prøvede igen og betalte direkte med mit kreditkort. Det virkede. Få minutter senere havde jeg 2 bookingbekræftelser og 4 billetter i stedet for 2. Jeg forsøgte at beskrive problemet via chat. Det var en succes. Men svaret var fantastisk. Den fejlagtige dobbeltbooking var blevet foretaget mindre end 72 timer før showets start, så showudbyderen ville ikke annullere de overskydende billetter. Headout kunne ikke gøre noget for mig. Det synes jeg er uudholdeligt, fordi headup har bookingsystemet i sine hænder og ikke udbyderen. 124,30 betalt to gange. Jeg accepterer ikke dette og vil gribe ind over for det.
