Det er en fantastisk måde at besøge hele byen på og stoppe ved de forskellige seværdigheder og stige på igen, når man vil. Audioguiden på toppen af bussen forklarer de forskellige seværdigheder i detaljer. Fantastisk oplevelse.

I find the hop on hop off buses very handy when in a new city. I usually go for the 48hour ticket as it's only a bit extra in cost. It's a great way of getting your bearings in a new city. The customer service guy at the Archeological Museum was very helpful - I was waiting about 15 mins for the next bus - it pulled in and back out before I could even board! He contacted the driver as the bus turns near there and escorted me across the road and onto the bus as he had arranged for the driver to pull in.

Always a good thing to start discovering a city. The tour bus allows you to discover the main sites, learn a bit more about them and you can always go back to some afterwards. I think it is very useful when you don't have a lot of time and want to make sure you don't forget a major site to see. The only thing in Athens: is the bus you are taking doesn't have a roof, make sure you have a long dress or a trouser to be able to sit at the upper floor 😉

The Athens line was a great way to see the city. However, the Pireaus line didn't run often enough. And it didn't run a continuous loop. We had to get off at the Acropolis & wait for another Pireaus line bus, to get back to the cruise ship terminal. It was a 45 minute & we couldn't wait that long. So we had to call a cab which cost an additional 20E.

Tour valido per visitare i siti più importanti importanti di Atene con un percorso ben definito. Muoversi ad Atene con i mezzi pubblici non è semplice soprattutto per la difficile comprensione della lingua greca . L'audio guida è uno strumento utilissimo per conoscere alcuni dettagli lungo il percorso della città., mentre si viaggia Purtroppo non sempre funzionano perfettamente e consiglio una revisione degli attacchi per gli spinotti Complessivamente esperienza positiva che rifarei.

The experience was awesome! We went to the beaches one day and to different sites along the Athens city line. Hopping on and off as we toured at our own pace, with the frequent buses whisking us to the next was so easy. The buses are clean and comfortable upstairs and down with helpful informative audio. The booking through Headout for this experience and a couple others for our trip to Athens, I highly recommend.
