Godmorgen, da jeg reserverede kortet, bad jeg om oplysninger om, hvad der var inkluderet, tidsplaner, og de gav mig "langvindede" og fortalte mig, at jeg ville få oplysningerne, når jeg ankom til Rom. Jeg insisterede flere gange og troede, at det var fup, og at de ikke vidste, hvad der var inkluderet i billetten. Da jeg kunne se, at jeg ikke ville få flere oplysninger, og at det var et fupnummer, bad jeg om at få refunderet det beløb, jeg havde betalt på det tidspunkt (på hjemmesiden stod der, at beløbet ville blive refunderet i løbet af 2-7 dage. De svarede, at de ikke ville refundere det. Jeg har anmeldt sagen til politiet.
