Det var en meget smidig oplevelse fra køb af billet til besøg i Casa Batlló. Jeg elskede hvert eneste rum i huset og de brugervenlige ressourcer, der er tilgængelige for at hjælpe os med at forstå bygningens historie, maleren og den familie, der ejer huset. Mit råd er at købe en billet, som ikke kun giver adgang til audioguiden, men også til en tablet. Desværre var min billet af økonomiske årsager en basisbillet, men det er værd at have adgang til tabletten og se huset opstillet med møblerne.

Casa Batlló

While it primarily served as the residence of the Batlló family, it also has rented housing sewn together by a magnificent entrance. Its facade, sprinkled with brilliant bits of blue, mauve, and green, perfectly fits the vibe of this unconventional building. With this ticket, you can also experience the newly opened Gaudí Cube, a room with six internal faces built with 243 square meters of custom-designed LED panels. An automatic door mechanism has been assimilated into one of the walls with such precision that it is indistinguishable when it is closed!
Casa Amatller
This house, a perfect example of Art Nouveau architecture, features four upper stories, a garden, and a ground floor that has been turned into a museum. The house was built at the end of the 19th century by Josep Cadafalch for the wealthy chocolatier and archaeological enthusiast Antoni Amatller. The structure has 3 primary elements that reflect the homeowner's passions – chocolate, vintage glassware, and photography.
