Kortet giver adgang til mange steder, men forklaringerne på, hvordan man bruger dem, er ikke entydige. Der er brug for forbedringer.

Hej Det var godt, men vi bliver nødt til at finde en måde, hvorpå du ikke behøver at angive din e-mailadresse og kode hver gang. Og det ville være bedre over 4 dage, hvilket svarer til et komplet besøg i byen og dens omgivelser.

It worked all perfect. No issues 👍🏽 one (big) thing i didn't like : the activation process is too long. in my case : write via whatsapp with the team, download the app, register with my personal data and send the registration mail back to the team. For me it's not that big problem, but i think older people will get a problem with that for sure.

Easy to use the artecard and we had a wonderful visit to Pompei. Spent the whole day there and parked our car at the nearby europark which was good value. Pompei was everything we thought it would be and will visit again if we come to this area

It was so easy to use the artecard on the train, and equally as easy to visit the amazings attractions of Pompeii and Herculaneum.

Also, ich kaufte es, damit ich weniger Stress hätte. Aktivieren war gut. Bei Nutzung benötigte ich stets Internet zum einloggen, alle 5 Minuten schmiess mich das System raus. In der U-Bahn war keine Verbindung. Museen waren nicht alle inkl. So dass ich per Zufall die 3 Museen Guthaben verbrachte. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war ja inkl. Allerdings konnte ich in den U-Bahnen nicht unmittelbar reingehen, ich musste jedes mal bei einem Mitarbeiter mich melden und er liess mich (aus Mitleid) ein. Verbesserung Bedürfniss ist da

Napoli è una città magica, quartieri e vie che si sono fermate nel tempo. Ovviamente si mangia benissimo e i prezzi sono modici, nulla da dire. Con Arte-card siamo riusciti a girare davvero tanto e visitare tantissimi musei senza spendere molto. I napoletani sono unici, molto estroversi ma di gran cuore. Napoli ci vediamo presto.
