It causes uncertainty to arrive at the meeting point to form the group, the offices are closed, the guide suddenly arrives, but one arrives and sees it closed and does not know what to do.

The Guide's explanation was clear and emotional. I do not speak English well, my granddaughters do. On my next visit, I will ask for a guide in Spanish. We only went up to the 2nd level and it was wonderful. I hope to have life and be able to return to climb to the top. Thanks for everything and good luck.

Our guide was Bruno and he was lovely on the tour. Bruno knew a lot of facts about the Eiffel Tower and it was very interesting to get to know all of these informations from him. His ability to speak multiple languages made communication so much easier and pleasant. He engaged with everyone on the tour and made us all feel welcomed and secure in Paris.
