We didn't have to queue at the ticket office, but the line at the entrance to the wagons was very, very long :-(

An extensive tour with many sights along the ride, only wish commentary was more informative with more descriptive information about places/buildings as sometimes it is not clear which building is being referred to. Also, more interesting facts about sights would make the tour absolutely nice, so wish commentary needs improvement

No issues with the downloading, but in the end wasn't needed as there was no queue. Great experience though. Fully recommend it

Boiught skip the line tickets. Didn't have to queue to purchase a ticket, but there were no queues anyway. Had to queue with everyone eise to get on the ferry's wheel so it was pointless buying skip the queue. Disappointed with my purchases as the tickets didn't help me. 'Skip the queue'.
