Unfortunately when we bought our tickets online it was not mentioned that it was game day. Upon the time slot of our visit we had to pay for an upgrade to get access. In general it has been a great experience vith a guided tour hosted by stadium team.

The staff was lovely, specially at the musseum, we felt in a great enviroment and the tablet given with audio and video explaining the story of the stadium was a top notch surprise. It was an amazing experience, also everyone with us was happy and surprised as well.

It was a dream come true for my daughter she is a katie Mcabe fan and to see where she plays was amazing for her and to share this experience with her Daddy a lifelong Arsenal fan made it all the more special so thank ypu so much the staff are amazing so friendly and helpful

We had a pleasant experience visiting the Arsenal stadium and at the beginning of the tour we met Luigi, a staff member who was very nice and spoke Italian as well.
