I was forced to install your app to see my tickets. This is unacceptable and I will never buy tickets with you because of that. I probably would have installed the app anyway, if I were asked, but not forced.

Checkin was quick and easy, cloaks were full though. We had to carry our luggage all the way through the exhibition. Also, the cafeteria only lets in a limited number of people. I understand it's hard to serve coffee to go within a museum where beverages aren't allowed but waiting for half an hour to get a cup of coffee isn't a great option either. I'd be happy with a standing table if that means faster service for a cup of coffee. The exhibition itself was nice and pretty much what we expected. Nevertheless, make sure you get your coffee in advance and make sure your bags and / or luggage is as lightweight as possible since storage is definitively not guaranteed.

The art was wonderful, and the ease with entering with the timed entrance tickets was very good. Getting to the museum proved to be a challenge between the marathon and blocked metro stations!
