Iconic place - which was better than expected 'in the flesh' Luckily not too busy on the day we went- and weather was clear and sunny . Very organised , so minimal queuing . Experience was great Shame there was no verbal instruction at start View was amazing - but climb was a bit scary Glad I went though - and I'd recommend it

Everything is perfect, no waiting time, no stress, the only thing you should pay attention to is to hand in your backpack or handbag opposite the leaning tower beforehand, as no bags are allowed to be taken in/on. *****

The first glance was overwhelming. The second was very impressive. Everything worked really well with the Headout ticket, so we didn't have to queue at the ticket counters.

The basillica was closed for a month and this was not disclosed when purchasing the ticket. Had I known I could not enter the basillica I would have only purchased the single tower ticket for half the price.
