Phantom of the Opera

I've been a fan of this musical for over 40 years. I saw a performance in Hamburg in the 90s, but unfortunately it was performed in German.... The evening in London was a dream!!! Everything was perfect. Whether the theater itself, the performance of all the participants, the singing, the orchestra... simply everything. I was in tears with excitement more than once. It couldn't have been better.

Super nice and exciting play. Very good actors and an exciting story. In a very nice theater with a well-designed stage, effects and a good orchestra. Addition: It was good that the tickets were also available offline in the app.

The purchase was simple, the show is wonderful, the only drawback was a pillar right in front of the seats, but it didn't get in the way.

Loved the production seats were made for much smaller people and having a bad knee made sitting there quite uncomfortable. The employees saw my discomfort and went out of their way to make accommodations for me that enabled me to be able to see the entire show. A big thank you to everyone there.

The ticket area has a very low ceiling and you can't fully see the show - there was still a hill in front of my seat - no I liked it

Very easy to buy from Mexico. A musical not to be missed in London. The Phantom of the Opera, great production, excellent singers, sensational music, very good ensemble of dancers. His majestic theater is not too big, not too small, to see a play.

Special effects, the role of the Phantom, the sound, the atmosphere, the theater, that you were allowed to take drinks with you. Thank you!

It is an amazing show and experience for me who is first come to London. I highly recommend this activity. Hope I can join in more opera in the future.

Excelent...not additional comments, the only issue may be if outside is cold you may permit to go in before...there are seniors that can´t stand it.

It was my dream to see the fantôme of the opera, and actually it was extremely wonderful. The fantôme's voice was so sexy and Raoul's voice was sweet ! Then the stage sets and the costumes were so beautiful and it was really like the movie of the fantôme of the opera ! I really recommend this musical for you !!!

The show was great. First the theatre was fully included into the scene - so specatators are feeling as part of the show and not just watching it. The cast was outstanding with all roles being set brilliantly, as well was the orchestra and the sound within the theatre. I saw the Phantom 3 times in different theatres around Europe durng the last decades, but this show was definitely the best.

The location, the theatre itself. The show and scenes were absolutely fantastic !!! The same emotions as last time we went there (almost 12years ago !). Ticketing and admission Processes were very fluid However, we regret that the theatre still offers some tickets with "no view" instead of "restricted view" as I was literally beside pillar !

Ticket experience was great. Easy to use and worked nicely. The theater was older but nice. The seats were set up in line with the row in front of each other. So everyone had their heads bent to opposite sides to be able to watch the show. Not like theaters today where seating is off set.

The performance of Jon Robyns was awesome! Your explanation for the seat said there was a pillar in the field of view but did not mention about the ceiling of the dress circle which also cuts off important seans.

Chumisa Dornford-May as Christine Daaé was unbelievable. Ive been wanting to watch The Phantom of the Opera for so many years and its better than I ever thought it would be, everyone was just brilliant. I recommend it to absolutely everyone, beautiful performance!

Great experience. My 16-year-old daughter did the translation for me, which was a good exercise for her and a good time for sharing. The 31 artists on stage were excellent, the costumes and sets stunning, and the special effects very well done. A magnificent evening for this two-and-a-half-hour show, with no regrets about the investment. Many thanks to all.
