I liked the view at the top and it was for a good duration of time which felt very worth it for the price. The commentary facts about london was also cool. we were in and out nice and fast wouod definitely go again

I took my granddaughter on the London Eye after our visit to the theatre. She loved it I've been previously. We pre booked and the queues were manageable. Not too long a wait

The guides on both journeys were amazing, without them I wouldn't have rated it awesome but it's still a great way to see sights

We liked the comments of the Tour Guide. We we're Lucky with the weather as the sights Look better when the weather is good. Stuff was very Kind and helpful when leaving the boat.

The speed in the management of the purchase of the tickets and when we went we entered before the hour since we had tickets they made us go in according to order of arrival. So we gained time in our visit to the city...

The ticketing experience was easy and conveniently online. The line moved easily and there was minimal time spent waiting to actually get on the attraction. The ride was spectacular with it's beautiful views! Overall it was a great experience!

The instructions told us to report to the Deans Yard entrance with our booking info. Queued for 15 mins then told as we were only a couple and not a group we were in the wrong place. So had to go round to main doors and queue again. All that took just short of an hour and was unecessary. Info should be clearer. Audio & tour very good.

Amazing view and setup However highly disappointed with the food on the ground floor. All the food were made in the same oil and the potato fries smelled like fish That was an awful experience for a vegetarian. Hope you look into the matter It's serious

everything was great, there was a nice view with interesting explanations, it was clean, fast and well organized.

The price is too high for the experience. With the same amount we also have gone to a 2 hours cruise with canapé and champagne

First time in London and I must say it was a very good experience everything well organized, London eye tickets bought via internet quickly and easily, nice ride on the Ferris wheel although £34 x ticket seems a bit steep to me

When there were no tickets for the time spot I wanted on the Abbey website, headout offered tickets that were available! While they were through a 3rd party, they still worked and gained me entrance. You do have to wait in a seperate line than those who got the tickets on the Abbey's site and it moves a bit slower. But I still got in maybe 15 minutes after 9!

Of the attraction I almost everything , for example The views are beautiful, what I like the least as a Spaniard, I did not find anything Spanish speaking, I thought it was fatal, at least one English and one Spanish, I almost did not find anyone to ask anything, anywhere, and people are not sensitive to collaborate, the rest I liked, we here in Spain we make it easy, which we are very proud of.
