St. Mark's Basilica Skip-the-Line Tickets with Optional Audio Guide

As advertised, the skip-the-line benefit worked beautifully. Very satisfied with the overall experience. So sad that the tours and general crowds have overwhelmed the ambiance of the basilica. Staff at the office were friendly and helpful.

The most beautiful building, outside and inside, absolutely stunning and a must see in Italy. Skip the Line ticket was the way to go, the regular line was huge. Tickets and then vouchers sent to email and WhatsApp, so no need to have to find a ticket office to redeem.

It was pouring rain and we had skip the line tickets. The entrance had a lot of water at it so they sent us to the line where people were waiting to purchase tickets. The volume was poor and I could not turn it up. When I took it back the staff were not helpful.

Both the fast-track entrance to St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace worked really well, so the ticket was worth it for us. In passing, however, we had already seen an enormous queue in front of the skip-the-line entrance at the Doge's Palace, so not everyone is so lucky...

It was a waste of time and effort to go to the tour company's office. All items could have been delivered electronically in advance. There was no mention of needing our own earbuds or headphones so we had to hold our phones up to our ear the whole time. Very inconvenient when taking photos. Audio guide was just random bits information with no identified sequence/location. Two areas in the basilica required additional payment apparently not included in our ticket. Note: this is the second tour we have bought through your HeadOut (did one in Athens). In both cases, the audio tour provided was less than adequate. We will not use HeadOut for future tours.

It was not convenient to have to go find another location to pick up our tickets, they should be available at the venue. Also you are treated like a second class citizen at the venue, they said we did not buy it from the official website.

It was ok, but as long as there is unlimited number of 'skip the line' tickets sold, there will always be a line... Luckily for us, the weather was bad, so the waiting time was not long (ca. 15 mins). Otherwise, easy to use.

The Basilica is very beautiful and worth seeing!!!! What gave us the most difficulty, was to validate the entrance tickets... After we went to the entrance in the basilica, we were returned to find the office to validate. Quite a complicated address.

The basilica is beautiful but wish we could have bought a ticket which included everything including Palla D' Oro and Loggia access.

Bonjour réservation très bien anticipé délai de 15 à 30 minutes avant de recevoir les billets. Très pratique pour visiter les sites.

the QR code needed to be downloaded and internet was weak. add on charges were needed to access the entire basilica

We had to miss the St Mark's basillica. But emtering to Dodg's palace was swift and easy, just let the staff scan the QR at the skip the line Q and enter within minutes.

The Visit was good and we didn't have to queue but we could not initially find the ticket office. The price was much higher than the standard entry price and was not good value.

The audio guide app was very glitchy - we'd downloaded the tour as advised by the provider but then it wouldn't play without internet access (there was no signal inside the basilica so we could only use it when outside on the roof terrace area). We managed to use the same app inside the doge palace which was a better experience though the layout was difficult to navigate and didn't seem to follow a sensible route through the rooms

Definitely worth getting the skip the queue tickets. Slightly confusing where to go for them, but the staff are so incredibly helpful with sorting it. The basilica is definitely not to be missed. An absolute must is to get tickets (from inside) for going outside with the horses at the top- the view is something else and it's incredible safe.

It was quick and easy with the ticket. The visits were worthwhile. We only had to pay for the visit to the upper area of St. Mark's Basilica. We hadn't realized this when we booked the tickets.

We didn't have to wait for anything but the entrance there costs only 3€. I would take it again to ensure the entrance without queues.

I couldn't get there because of confusing app and the support never reached me out back though promised. Very disappointed experience

It was amazing, you can enter to the others museums too when you finish the experience. En St. Marko you can go up to the roof part paying around 7-8€ (it totally whort it).
