Belém Essential Combo: Belém Tower + Jerónimos Monastery Tickets

You have time to download your tickets on this site during the waiting time ( about 30 minutes if you arrive before 10am ! Otherwise, it's 2 hours very quickly...). The visit is done in small group, normal since it is impossible to cross in the too narrow staircases of the Tower it is the reason for the waiting time. Very pretty 🤩 a must-see!

The reservation is very convenient. I don't think the organization of the monastery itself is good, but that doesn't depend on you. The way they distribute the entrance groups is terrible. And they treat people very badly. It would be good to be told by the agencies that sell your tickets.

Very interesting historical fortress and worth the effort. Booking experience was good, line-up was well-organized, enjoyed the visit a lot, thank you.

The staff at the entrance always lets the groups tour enter the venue first and ignore the individual line. She even let a few group of 20 tourists enter the venue first and then let 5-7 of individual queue in. This was unfair. It was very bad experience. I won't recommend anyone coming here.

Expect to wait close to 2 hours to get in as the queue is always long. Beautiful monastery but that's about it. Takes only 20min to walk around so not sure if it's worth queo2 hours for it

A very beautiful monument to visit when in Lisbon. However, despite having bought tickets in advance, you have to queue and we had to wait for over an hour under the sun. A word of advice: by mid-afternoon there was hardly any waiting.

I loved the venue, but entry with prepaid ticket took too long. One hour queuing, not satisfactory for older people when ticket has timed entry. They need to improve their entry procedures .

There were 2 line ups. It was hard to understand what the lineups were for. I thought one was for tickets and the other for the courtyard. Line up was huge!!! It took about 1 hour to get in. All we got to see was a few rooms and the courtyard (which was stunning!). The other lineup (we realized after) was for the church. I was not going to line up again to see the church after waiting so long the first time, so we opted out of seeing the church even though we paid for it.

Ticketing experience was generally good. I was excited about the tour and enjoyed it. I was disappointed that the tomb of Vasco da Gama was not included in the tour as this was a major reason I had planned to visit.

Very beautiful place, unlike any other in Lisbon. Worth the long (1h15) wait (even with pre-booked tickets for the opening time). Probably best to reserve 2 hours for it, especially if you want to visit the free church attached to the monastery/cloisters, which we recommend. Staff were efficient though could work on their welcome (I work at a very well known place of worship and a warm welcome is always what we strive to achieve!).

A beautiful monument. I'd seen it before but it's always a pleasure to see it again. And given the wait, I'm not the only one who thinks so. The only drawback was that I couldn't do the church. I didn't see on the website how to get tickets.

The place itself is wonderful, though the visiting tjme sincerely underwhelming. the skip the line tickets were not really useful as there is only one line. Having a ticket purchased didn't allow you to have any kind of discount on waiting time. Waiting time was around 1 hour and a half, experience time less than 30 minutes

I came to the venue at 5pm and it was supposed to be closed at 5:30 so they didn´t let me in to the Church. So I was disappointed.

The monastery is magnificent, but there's a long queue in the morning. Inside, however, there's plenty of space, which is appreciated.

The security staff weren't very nice when I showed them the tickets. I need an invoice with a nif 305778935 The APP doesn't have this option

Very well preserved sites, incredible architecture, lots of history. The only downside is that there is no protection at the entrance or that the entrance is programmed according to time slots; we spent a few hours in the strong sun. Apart from that, it's well worth a visit

Buying the tickets was very easy and quick. And the Jeronimos Monastery is simply spectacular! What a beautiful place!

The Monastery of Jeronimos is amazing, not to be missed when visiting Lisbon. Unfortunately the church was closed at the time of our visit (Saturday) which was disappointing. It only opened for an hour that day and it would have been good to know when we booked the ticket.
