Entry Tickets to Acropolis & Parthenon with Audio Guide

Queue management needs to be reviewed. When we arrived early, we were asked to wait in one place and then another, only to end up after everyone else. We were not given audio guides, even though this was indicated in the booking. The tour of the acropolis is magnificent, but far too crowded. The number of entrances should be limited by requiring everyone to make a reservation, and a quota of people should be set for each time slot. This would make the visit much more enjoyable.

The directions in the audio guide were difficult to follow. The guide itself was comprehensive and the historical content was excellent.

The audio guide is very simple and the voice sounds like a robot which is not at all pleasant to listen to. During the tour the audio guide gets lost and jumps from one explanation to another without finishing it.

Dear Sir/Madam, For the experience that is the Acropolis and its grandiosity, the quality of the audioguide (French version) is nil. At the very least, you could have arranged for someone to translate your texts this evening, rather than this execrable robotic voice. What's more, the geo-localization isn't great, and some of the explanations didn't play. Using this for a site like this is bordering on a joke. Best regards.

The Acropolis was great and you should have seen it! The entrance also worked without any problems. In my opinion, the audio guide is not very user-friendly. I would have liked there to have been a QR code for each sight, for example. Then you wouldn't always have to check which number belongs to which sight. I would also have found it helpful if the respective sights had been explained briefly and concisely and if there had been an option for further information. In its current form, there is a lot of information, too much information for my taste, which is not organized in the best possible way. However, for those who have already dealt with it beforehand, I think it can be enriching.

We were so happy we went early before the heat of the day and the crowds. My sister and I really appreciated the elevator-- she has been ill and wasn't up for climbing all the way up but she was so glad she was still able to see it! Getting tickets was easy to do.

So easy buying tickets in advance. Staggered entry meant there wasn't a huge amount of people rather people coming and going. Audio guide was well done

Everything was fine except the audio guide. I downloaded it as suggested. When playing, however, it would often skip, pause, or quit. Constantly having to start again.

It was great to have the audio tour, so much better than simply walking without it. We entered at the side gate as instructed and found that the directions person, Mary, didn't help with any guidance on where to go.

Ticketing experience was owesome, it worked, we loved that we have all in our phone. The stories were great to hear, all was very interesting. In fact we have listened it a bit before and after our visit. It was good that you could it listen as much as you want. During the visit we were a bit lost, because the crowd and we also went in another way than it was numbered. Anyway it was great, thanks a lot

Strange result and a bit inconvenient for trip planning, not knowing the exact time of entry until the day before.

There were not an audioguide at the place and i couldnt use the ticket the proper way since i wasnt informed about the 5 Day ticket validity. Would not recommend the app.

Loved it . Had studied about it in my architecture college but to see it was a different experience. My husband elevator accessibility

There were way too many guided tours that were pushing individual travelers away and blocking the path and views. The amounrt of people and especially guided tours needs to be limited drastically in order to make this sight worthy to go. The audio guide jumped from one number to another and was chaotic. It started at the beginning like three times and on top it was jumping from one sight to the other and back.

The audio guide immediately plays the next track. A pause with activation of the next track when you have reached the next destination would be much better and clearer!

The Acropolis has a historic story. You have to see it once in your life. The site is very impressive. There were few tourists, which of course made the experience even better. The information from the headout was very informative and of a good length.

There were 9 of us and some struggled to get the audio. Having said that we shared our phones and enjoyed the day. Directions to ticket redemption point were clear.

E-ticket buyers and normal ticket buyers queue together for the first slot at 8 am. This could be organized differently - then everything would be a little more perfect.

Hi! Tickets worked fine but the instructions for what we needed to do were just not clear. We thought we had a meeting place before getting in line. So we wasted about an hour of walking around trying to find something with Clio tours or Headout or some sort of sign. We didn't realize we were just supposed to get in the entry line. If it said that on the instructions I missed it. I did end up texting through What's App on what we needed to do and Clio tours responded quickly that we just needed to be in line for entry. Just a stressful experience that could have been easily avoided with clear instructions for getting in the entry line. Other than that, tickets were fine.
