Seville Cathedral and Giralda Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

Our guide Alejandro was excellent Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very attentive & his English was clear I wld suggest a better system to distinguish between the various language tour groups, as there was a bit of confusion at the start when meeting near the Giralda

the staff of Aufwache are very únprofessional, he showed us the wrong way, so we almost missed our group.

The visit was great, but we booked at 11 am and I received an email changing it to 1:30 pm, which was fine. I received the voucher at 11 a.m. and went early. When I arrived it was 13:30. We waited 2 and a half hours

Good tour, all went well. I was not sure if I was at the right meeting point and contacted them via phone. Prompt aswer and guidance and the guide was good.

The local guide Estella, had a way of making information accessible and understandable, with a very interesting sense of humour thank you!

Our tour was very informative. The guide was knowledgeable and had good communication skills I suggest you tell people to look for the pink umbrella to find the correct group. Also if there are multiple groups at check in, explain that and say, for example, we will call the French group first.

The guide Saverio is outstanding! He explains very well, clear, speaks fluent Italian, very nice! It was great to listen to him!!! Congratulations! Everything organized to perfection

Le guide était très gentil, divertissant et parlait très bien français. Seul point: il pourrait être pertinent d'ajouter des indications sur la prise en charge. A part "devant l'office de tourisme" il n'y avait pas d'instructions: or, TOUS les tours guidés partent de ce point de rencontre, difficile de savoir quoi rechercher (accessoire? Drapeau? Couleur de l'uniforme?). Dans ce cas-ci: on aurait pu lire que les guides auraient des chandails roses fushias bien reconnaissables!

Tour guide was informative & entertaining. We could not find the meeting point (Google map pin was incorrect) but the guide rang me and directed me to where he was.

Guide was excellent. Combined information with humour. Not rushed either. Ticket purchase was simple. Meeting point easily found

Guida ispirata e paziente in lingua spagnola. Visita della cattedrale ricchissima di cose da vedere. Il gruppo si é mosso ordinatamente e Laura ci ha accompagnato per un ricordo indelebile di tanta meramiglia.

Our car was broken into despite being in a guarded parking lot and all our suitcases were stolen. Just passing through! Our own e-scouters were also broken into and stolen in front of the Löwentor, right next to the picture seller. We happened to take a photo of the thief, who just waited until we were gone. We gave the photo to the police.

The english speaking tour guide was very helpful and accomodating to allow me to be added to her english speaking tour group instead of the spanish speaking group I signed up for.

Very good guide, explained in great detail the history of the cathedral, the sound of the headphones we used, very good !!!! The visit to the cathedral I recommend it for its beauty and for all the history it contains. A highly recommended experience

Our guide was called Hector. He was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. The Cathedral was amazing and my husband and I were glad we did the guided tour as otherwise we would not have know the history of this amazing Cathedral. Would highly recommend a visit.
