Eiffel Tower Tickets with City Tour & Seine River Cruise

The bus tour was not very nice and the complete package was too expensive for what it is really worth, only the entrance to the tower at the top was 30 euros + 18 euros for the Seine river and in total I paid 119 euros. I think the guide was not as expected, the personal experience in the tower was spectacular but because it was through the agency, nothing different from what I would have done on my own.

The visit to the Eiffel Tower was great. The tour guide briefed us well and the trip up the Eiffel Tower went smoothly. We were not aware that the visit would take 2 1/2 hours. We didn't like the city tour, but this was also due to the crowded streets in Paris. The audio guide never matched what we had just seen. We liked the Seine river cruise again. So all in all an OKAY!

I was glad to learn some of the history from Luz and it was nice to get some direction. It is very busy and a bit confusing at first. She kept everything moving on a very busy day. It was my first visit and I loved it. The bus tour was okay. Same with the boat, it was okay but people are not thoughtful, pushing ahead in line and someone's kid was throwing tantrums and kept kicking me. Mom yelling and not really doing anything as she was more interested in getting pictures taken of herself. Once I left my seat and stood somewhere else it got better. Had to stand the whole time.

The friendliness of the two people at your agency. On the other hand, the bus tour and the boat tour are the same excursions. We see the buildings twice and the auditory explanations are the same. It's a shame to pay twice for the same experience.

It was scheduled from 3pm to 7pm. The guide told us to come back at 6.45pm for the bus tour. Waiting time too long to get up to the Eiffel Tower. We got on at 4pm. No precision in the timing. We get off at 5pm. We miss the 17h30 fly boat. We take the next one at 18h. In short, we're back too late and can't take the bus tour. Disappointed by this organization!

Perfect Eiffel Tower visit Fly boat tour postponed to next day due to time constraints (long queues), disrupting our program. Bus tour (Eiffel- Moulin rouge) showed too few monuments.

The Eiffel Tour experience was good, and so was the river cruise. Bus ride the guide did not give information on the monuments.

The portion of the ticket for the Eiffel Tower was a fabulous experience. The guide was on time, helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The next guide for the crew was a no show to the area we were told to meet. After contacting you and receiving a voucher, we still weren't able to take the boat cruise on the Seine since the remainder of our days in Paris didn't allow time for the boat ride. I would like a refund for the boat ride portion of our ticket X 4 persons. You may credit the account given to pay the original $106 X 4. Thank you for your prompt attention. Sherry Johnston

Although the tour was good, there was an incredible amount of time waiting around, when the tour states 4 hours this is misleading, as the activities themselves probably do so however it's the waiting for each activity. It was a two hour wait alone for the boat trip! Then the rest! Prepare to leave yourself a full day when booking this experience.

The experience was more of facilitation of 3 parts, Tower, Guided bus (audio) and river cruise. Having our own time to tour the tower was really good but it did not leave sufficient time to cruise then meet the bus departure time. By the time we returned on the bus it was getting too late for us to take the cruise. I think it should have started with the bus then tower then cruise at your leisure.

GOOD ORGANIZATION AND SPECIAL ATTENTION FROM ADILENE, VERY SMILING AND KIND, THE PERSON WHO TREATED US BEST IN ALL OF PARIS.

We loved the tour guide - only wish she could have come with us!! She gave us the information and helped us go through to the tower. It was an amazing experience.

We were told too late that the Eiffel Tower was closed. So we could only do the boat trip and the bus tour. We were told that we would be refunded the entrance fee for the Eiffel Tower. To date there has been no refund.

I appreciate the guidance, punctuality and organization, I had a good experience in Paris thanks to you.
