Ticketing experience good, timing & entry good Regarding the experience at the venue, more signage in different languages needed., both to inform and direct.

Magnifique endroit, bel ensemble architetural dommage qu'il n'est pas précisé que l'Alcazar ferme à 17h30 (apparemment répétition de spectacle ) car avec une entréé à 16 h , nous prenions notre temps dans les jardins quand tout le monde a étté poussé vers la sortie. Attention aux horaires ! prévoir le mation c'est plus sûr!

The cathedral is magnificent! You really have to go all the way round. The climb to the Giralda is strenuous, but well worth it. At the Alcazar, it's the gardens that are worth it, otherwise it's a bit of an empty shell. All in all, a good experience.

The Alcázar of Seville is absolutely worth seeing and you should plan 2 to 3 hours to visit everything in peace. In the first courtyard there is the option of downloading a QR code in various languages onto your cell phone, so it is advisable to have headphones with you.

The tour was great. We first visited the cathedral and the tower in a larger group and then had a private tour of Alcazar. Our tour guide Hector explained everything in very understandable English, was very entertaining and funny and very detailed. We were completely happy.

For you all perfect, the problem is that in less than 90 minutes is difficult to see the Alcazar, because entering at 16.30 and taking you out before 18 is not appreciated the monument so I think they should lengthen the visit time. In the comments it says that the right time don 3 hours, not half that I did not get to this. For the platform all very well

It is terrible that they allow people to take pictures of the monuments when there are so many images on the internet. They should ban photography during the exhibition.

Breathtakingly beautiful, what an experience! Only downside: we had to join a huge queue at the back with online tickets and time slot. Were later put in a separate line after which we were quickly inside.

Everything worked as it should, instructions were clear and it gave us confidence we wouldn't have to join a long queue. Both the Alcazar and the Cathedral are worth a visit - the Cathedral in particular is stunning.

The Alcazar palace and its gardens are breathtaking, they deserved a full day or half day just those to look at them at leisure, instead we wanted to do the cathedral the same day and in my opinion it was a bit wasted. I recommend going on two different days to fully enjoy the Alcazar gardens and all the hidden chapels in the Cathedral. No problems with reservations or entry, very clear where to go for entry and quick lines.

The ticketing experience was good. I wish I had been able to get tickets for the royal residence. It I was only able to get general tickets most of which was outdoor garden area. The rain made it less than wonderful.

The tickets were easy to buy. The platform works smoothly. The castle is amazing. If you are in Sevilla this is a must.

Spectacular experience a must do, breathtaking to see the cathedral and alcazar along with its serene gardens, straight forward easy booking.

Tour was described as 3 hours - not as two tours, separated by a break, thus making the entire tour 4 1/2 or 5 hours. We could not stay for the second half as we had other plans. Another family of four also had to skip the second half. Our tour was scheduled for 11:45, and we were instructed to arrive 15 minutes early - the guide did not show up until 11:50 or 11:55, and the meeting point was actually around the corner from the location specified on our tickets.

Well prepared guide with your own pictures so you have an idea of what it looks like when any festivities take place.

We liked that there were time slots, meaning we were able to wander around without it being overcrowded. All the garden areas were well maintained and the the art work and detail inside of the Palace were outstanding.

Visitor signage is non-existent on the site, and the audio guide is not easy to use. Many bugs, not all the numbers are there. Impossible to find the corresponding rooms. Disappointing visit

In the case of the cathedral, we were able to get in before the scheduled time. For the Alcazar, however, it was raining heavily and the lady wouldn't let us in before the scheduled time. Otherwise, it's essential to have bought a ticket beforehand.

The visit to the cathedral (one of the largest in the world) is incredible. Seville's Alcázar is truly breathtakingly beautiful. The architecture and meticulousness of the walls of the inner courtyards and the royal chambers are a must-see. I recommend.... with a fun little walk up the Giralda.
