Sainte-Chapelle Timed Entry Tickets with Access to Conciergerie

Brief wait to enter St. Chapelle. Amazing stain glass windows! Walked right in to Conciergerie. So much history to learn. Art installation impressive.

Mega experience, nice staff. We were allowed into the conciergerie before our time slot. Great church, highly recommended! Very long queue for everyone who hadn't booked a ticket in advance.

The former church was stunning and we loved all the history. Our tickets were not accepted at first - a supervisor was called who then allowed us in. She said that they were having trouble with Headout.

Some scary reviews out there about purchasing tickets through this company but I am happy we did. Tickets were valid. It was easy to communicate and clarify things. No problems at all and a good price. Thank you.

Head out was great. I waited until the last minute,but it was late Sept, so I was able to get a ticket. No issues with admission-smooth! It was an incredible historical experience.

It was nice to have space and time to move around in the chapel since it wasn't overcrowded, unlike our experience at Versailles.

The chapel itself was beautiful! The signs for where to stand were very unclear. They let us in 45 minutes after our scheduled time even though we were there early. The bathrooms were not clean.

The stained glass was amazing. The mind boggles at the construction and installation required to deliver the end product.

The tour with Mailika)sp?) was fabulous. She has such a wonderful demeanor and was a wealth of information. My husband and I totally enjoyed the tour. It was a highlight of our Paris trip this year.

Saint Chapelle is magnificent even during cloudy weather. Consierge was really interesting, both with its architecture and Revolution-related exhibition.

Every things were great, I had my secure entrance to the site such it was really busy but I got in pretty much at the time of my booking !

La Sainte Chapelle is of course an experience, but you're done in 15 minutes. Despite having a ticket, you have to queue for at least 30 minutes. Although there should actually be no admission without a ticket, they let 20 people through after all, and not everyone with a time slot ticket was through yet. This is annoying for those waiting.

Booking the ticket through you was great. It is the wsit time in thd line-up and security that is frustrsting and snnoying. The number of tourists per venue at any given time should be cut back. Too many peopke.

I had to prompt the company to actually send me the tickets via email. I've been there before and know tickets are necessary.

The guard controlling access is rude and we had our time at 10:30 and he was letting in people who were supposed to enter later and not following the line.

I was scheduled for Oct 3, but got a note from Headout that st Chapelle was closed but I could go another day. I was able to go today, Oct 5

We were lucky enough to arrive at the start of a guided tour of the Conciergerie and to see the exhibition of Beninese art. For the Sainte Chapelle, the presence of the "plaques

The app itself was straightforward and reasonably quick. The one negative was confusion regarding which queue to be in. The limited signage, absence of info online and / or people onsite was insufficient, and left all the guests having to figure out the situation on their own.

Concierge rue had good displays with lots of info. St. Chapelle windows were awesome but it was crowsded. I've seen plenty of stained glass in other places so not quite as interesting!

My second time at Saint Chapelle and still find it awesome. Such intricate and detailed fidelity to Bible story and so beuatifully told in stained glass that gives it an incandescent glow. The ease of purchasing tickets online and on the spot facilitated a quick entry . We appreciate also the French security forces
