Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's Basilica Guided Tour

The guide was lovely. I expected the tour to continue into St. Peter's Basilica, but it didn't. You should be clear we get access to the basilica, but that we won't get a guided tour of it. At the start of the tour there were also handicapped people the guide was unaware of. I don't blame her for this, but your sign up process should ask people to declare any disabilities. The whole issue took time out of our tour.

Public transit system in Rome is a big question mark (we were there during a weekend and a drivers strike) this made us quite late for our guided tour. Thanks to the office and Joseph, we joined the tour guide that already waited in the line to the Vatican. Overall Vatican is extremely busy and quite anxious place so I was glad to be in the guided tour. Our tour guide was also very informative and friendly. Also, very patient when someone left the tour due to feeling overwhelmed and anxious. She was wonderful.

The guide was very friendly and had extensive knowledge...she was able to answer all questions...we can recommend this tour...however, it would be nicer if the tour continued in St. Peter's Basilica and these points were not discussed in advance

Sev was a wonderful tour guide. He went above and beyond. It was more than just a tour, it was a full blown history lesson on site. Beautiful job Sev! Also, he was very patient with our party who needed a bit of time to walk. Gratci!

Our guide was fantastic however my "wednesday tickets" which do say "may not" be able to access St Peters due to the pope was incorrect. After our tour which was done before lunchtime there were many many people in line going inside St Peters. I can understand not being able to get in IF it is closed for everyone, but using that excuse for every Wednesday when others are going in is quite misleading and unethical in my opinion. I am a travel agent and have never experienced this before. I am quite upset, as was my client that was with me. It takes alot to get from the US to ROME so understandably St Peters is a sight most want to see, hence the long line. You shouldn't sell at all if you are going to mislead people on certain days!

Had a very good and educational tour in the Vatican. What I want to highlight more is how our guide - Maria - handled rowdy tourist in our group. She handled it professionally and ensured that the experience is still amazing for everyone. I will recommend!

Our tour guide Vincenzo was very knowledgeable and made the tour very worthwhile. He kept us together even though the museum was crowded so we always felt safe. He instilled in me a love for art history!

It was great. Great guide who gave us lots of interesting information with humor. The tour lasted just under 3 hours, which was just right.

Marco was excellent. We were surprised to find a lady in a wheelchair in our group as the tour was not suitable for people requiring a wheelchair. Marco was very patient and understanding with her but the many delays added at least 45 minutes to our tour, meaning Marco had to rush certain sections of it.

Natuurlijk een mooie ervaring om in de Vaticaanse musea en de St. Pieter te zijn en vooral de Sixtijnse kapel was fantastisch. Alleen was het mega druk en met de rondleiding van drie uur heb je gewoon te weinig tijd om alles echt goed te zien. We moesten vooral ons best doen om de gids bij te houden, want als je achter bleef verbrak de verbinding via het oortje en was je op jezelf aangewezen voor de juiste route. Bovendien werd de afstand al snel te groot, zodat de gids vertelde over dingen die je nog niet gezien had.

Gute Schwerpunkte gesetzt. Einfühlsam und geduldig auf die Gruppe eingegangen. Tolle Vermittlung der biblischen Botschaft für die Sixtinische Kapelle und den Petersdom. Gutes Vorbild durch andächtiges Verhalten.

Gids wist ontzettend veel te vertellen over alles en de gehele ervaring om in Vaticaan stad te zijn was uniek. We waren vooral onder de indruk van sint pieter Basiliek! Prachtig

Leah was our guide and she was amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable and presented the information well. You could tell she enjoyed her job and appreciated the beauty of the Vatican. Would definitely recommend.

The Vatican museums and Sistine chapel experience was excellent. When our flight was delayed we received excellent customer service to help us resolve. The tour guide was very proficient. She got us through what would have been an overwhelming experience seamlessly, showing us the top highlights. The skip the line for both areas was such a relief!

Great tour of the Vatican and associated sites. Our tour guide (Susana) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Buying the "skip the line" option was also a very good decision, as the regular lines would have been hours long.
