Colosseum, Palatine Hill & Roman Forum Access with Audio Guide

It was very simple to access the stadium with the instructions on the website. Overall enjoyed every moment of the tour except that we booked the afternoon ticket and we couldn't make it on time to see the Palantine site.So suggest nook an earlier time slot. However the ticket foe the Palantine Hill and Roman forum is 24hr

Unfortunately, the entrance to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill is not described in the app, which makes it a little more difficult to find. With the audio guide, it would be useful to mark the places on site where which point of the audio guide should be played.

The beauty of the sites and the kindness of the welcoming staff. An overview with the points described in the audio guide indicated would have been welcome.

Ease of use, customer service via chat fast and accurate, convenience of electronic ticket, audio guide very helpful for visiting, directions and instructions very precise.

The Colosseum is incredible but we were frustrated not to have access to more places. The tickets don't allow you to do the whole Colosseum tour. On the other hand, there's nothing wrong with the transaction via your site.

Very good! The tickets were valid with no problems. The access is not as chaotic as it seems. You have to be at the entrance 5 to 10 minutes before the entrance to get in. Any longer than that and they won't let you in, so don't stress about lining up too early.

Mainly used this to get access to the Colosseum without queuing and that worked fine. The audio tour didn't necessarily add much and the forum/palantine didn't have a map which basically meant to read the signs to know what to listen to.

The Colosseum is undoubtedly the most impressive thing in Rome. The previous museum telling the history of the objects, the videos unraveling its construction... definitely worth a lot of money. The booking, the entrance and the duration simply perfect.

It was hard to find location to get tickets. There were no directions. Also it would be nice to have a map of all locations included. Especially there is language barrier and really very less directions at the venue.

The tour itself was amazing and full of information. However my guide on the tour didn't really take to account that I have a physical disability and the tour at times was moving to fast for me to keep up. I would rate the information on the tour highly.

The booking experience was easy and access to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum was straight forward. There was a lot to take in which would have benefitted from being able to access the audio guide. Unfortunately, it was not clear on the Headout app how we could access the audio guide and the Colosseum staff were unable to help.

The audio guide can only be listened to over the internet. It cannot be downloaded. Since I was not from here I did not have a Phone and therefore did not have internet. In the coliseum there was no wifi. I think they would have to take that into account when selling the audio guide as most people who buy it are foreigners and have this same problem. We could have bought the ticket alone without the audio guide because we could not use it.

It was great the ticket office was right next to the Roman Forum and that we had as much as time as needed to explore the forum and Palantine Hill until our reserved time to enter the Colosseum. Having a reserved time was great vs. having to stand in a line to even purchase tix. We were then able to take our time exploring around the Colosseum and we were very glad we chose an early time as the weather was getting really warm.

Beautiful place and loved seeing it on our own. The pictures were breathtaking!!! I would highly recommend ding this self guided tour versus one with an actual guide!!!

Super impressive. It's a shame that the systems are so poorly linked. We had to exchange our ticket to get the next ticket. The administrative process was quite time-consuming - it takes 3 people to print 6 tickets, which we had ordered in advance, giving our names. Should actually be easier.

The tickets were valid, but we had entrance at 17:50. They recommend you to start at the Colosseum (that's where they scan the tickets) and when we wanted to go to the Roman Forum, they told us that they were no longer letting us in. Even if they close at 19:15, after 18:15 they do not let you enter the site. Luckily the tickets last 24 hours and we were able to enter the next morning, but we had to change the organization of our trip and we left other things to see. WARNING: Do not buy the 17:50 ticket without being aware of this situation.

We really enjoyed the small film room that gave a story of Ancient Rome. Skip the line was worth it. Great views all around the Colosseum. Could use a bathroom at the exit or be allowed to go back to the one at the entrance. Security didn't allow this.

Het was een mooie tour, veel te zien en goed georganiseerd. Alleen de tussenstop plaatsen zijn erg commercieel en erg duur. Toch liever iets in het dorpje gekocht.
