Amsterdam Canal Evening Sightseeing Cruise

Our main concern was that the skipper was not focusing on his job. He did some of the explaining looking at the passengers and not where the boat was going. On at least 3 occasions, he left the wheel house (once to get a drink ) with no one in charge of the boat, While in the wheelhouse he had his feet up on the console on a few occasions and wcould be seen on his phone on several occasions, it looked like he was typing He was not professional and didn't make us feel safe.

Der Reiseleiter hat die Tour nicht kommentiert, der Audioguide wurde von ihm erst nach 20 Minuten eingeschaltet. Zudem schaute er ständig auf sein Smartphone und ließ sehr laut Musik laufen. Als der Audioguide dann funktionierte, musste man diesen aufgrund der lauten Musik noch lauter stellen. Er war unseres Erachtens sehr unkonzentriert.

Comfortable tour. Interesting multi lingual commentary. Unfortunately, Rain spoilt the pictures and lights were not on, to enjoy the evening excitement.

Very nice route and multilingual explanations. Boat clean and well maintained. Very good adherence to schedule. Pleasant evening cruise. Highly recommended

The staff is extremely nice and flexible! The information they provided about the city while on the cruise were very informative and fun.

It was wonderful listening to the history of Amsterdam. I do wish that I would have booked directly through Flagship though to get the option of unlimited wine/cheese. Regardless, it was a great experience.

It was so much fun and informative. I accidentally double booked and Daisy from Flagship was amazing in helping me figure it out!!

The whole tour was amazing. Good audio announcements which were very informative and exciting. Too bad the tour is only 1 hour. We would love to come back. We can highly recommend the tour in the evening.

We arrived one minute before departure and were able to travel without any problems despite our delay. That alone was wonderful. The boat driver was great, how skillfully he steered us through the canals and informed us about Amsterdam with his background knowledge in 3 languages. We really enjoyed the evening boat trip.

Captain Peter spoke excellent English, and you could tell he loved his city, its history and the magic of Amsterdam. It was a pleasure to listen to him!

Very nice tour in the evening when the city is illuminated. Very informative, we particularly liked the choice of 19 different languages. The captain was very nice and explained the history of Amsterdam from time to time.

Es war alles toll. Wir haben Amsterdam besser kennengelernt. Vieles konnte man vom Boat sehen. Schöne Bilder machen. War eine schöne Atmosfhäre. Danke

The captain was very welcoming. Too bad the Plexiglas prevented me from enjoying the view and taking photos. An open boat would have been perfect

Tour was very interesting however the boats were very cramped and the audio lines didn't stretch to the outside seats of the boat

Boat wasn't one advertised, sat facing backwards whole journey. Bit of a let down. Have booked another with another company.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Tour war perfekt, um Amsterdam kennenzulernen, auch ein wenig Geschichte. Jederzeit wieder!

It was ok. But a bit loveless. Announcements from the tape, which were partly repeated. Gaps in between. They could have been filled easily - the city has so much to tell.

Die Strecke war sehr schön, der Kapitän hat Informationen vorgetragen, welche interessant waren. Mitarbeiter*innen waren freundlich.

Einfache Buchung und Zahlung. Die Bootsfahrt war wie erwartet

The trip was good. The captain's explanation was funny. It's definitely worth doing the trip.
