After an extremely disorganized entrance we headed up the stairs to the security checkpoint a half hour after our ticketed time. Once on the 91st, we were amazed at the full views of the city below. The mirrored floor was cool, and the balloons were fun, providing an opportunity to laugh and play with strangers. There was a wide variety of photo opportunities.

I loved the view and the elevator climbing. I did not like that they wouldn't let me in earlier than my appointment, because I had a misunderstanding with my friends and they bought the ticket for an hour earlier. However, people at the desk were very helpful and they gave me another ticket

The purchase of the tkt was very easy The queue to enter was quite good Within the experience to be robbed (in a good way) all that experience

Great outlook over Manhattan and beyond. Nice for sunset. Glas shields make photographing a bit difficult, when sun mirrors while sunset We had bad luck, with suddenly rising fog exactly during 'blue hour' time, when lights went on - ended in completely blocked view and really chilly breeze. Defenitely be aware of a different temperature at top!

The hights; nonetheless I think there is missing a sign at the Lobby (at the main entrance) to get to the lifts to the 4th floor. On the other hand, I was super punctual (even earlier like half an hour) and the guy at the clock told me to go for a walk and when I got back 10 minutes before my schedule there were calling early visitors and my scheduled was called already while I was taking a walk so for the sake of good order please respect all schedules; otherwise, let us all early visitors to get in regardless our further schedule. Thank you

Todo! Una experiencia inolvidable! Solo agregaría algunos puestos de carga de usb porque en mi caso y por lo que vi el de varios nos quedamos sin carga. Y también mejoraría el wifi!! Es mejor la del patio externo del rokanfeller center! El resto es inolvidable! Gracias

Summit One is a must in NY! The views are awsome! And get a drink on the terrace while sunsent it's just amazing!!!! 💯

The experience was really cool, me and my friends had a blast at the balloon area. Regarding tickets, by mistake i bought 5 when i only needed 4, Is there any posibility to get some Sort of refind on that?

This was really cool to see. I liked this much more then the Top of the Rock one. The mirrored floor does take a minute to get used too! But it's really cool!

The experience of seeing New York City at night is amazing, everything went smoothly and without a hitch, my appointment was at 8:30 pm and we arrived to line up at 8 pm to not take so long in the filters, as there are always many people in the city, everything was fine, inside is wonderful the view, the balloon room, the photo in the window of 10!!!, I would book again, thank you!

I give The Edge 5 stars because my folks and I were actually running 10-15 minutes late from our scheduled time which was 8:40pm; thinking we wouldn't make it, at about 8:50ish we finally arrived and they still let us in. They said anyone with tickets 9pm and earlier are allowed in. Granted, they probably prepare for early stragglers. Overall a fantastic experience, great service, and a fantastic f*n view at the very top. I would recommend to anyone!

The Edge was amazing experience it was a new dimension with the viewing platform being outward from the main building was a far better experience,and the glass floor was brilliant, will highly recommend it to all my family and friends to go and visit the Edge and experience it for themselves.

The place was absolutely beautiful, the views were pretty breathtaking. I think it was just a little overpriced for the tickets. Tried to find something to buy at the gift shop near the top, but it was insnely overproced. Overall a very good experience and one I will remember.

Nice views from the best place to take pictures of the NY skyline😎 Fast received our tickets, entrance 10 min. before scheduled time slot.

The prices of the food and drinks (especially alcohol) were INSANE. Otherwise the experience was good but very disappointing to pay nearly $90 for two tickets and then not even being able to afford a drink.

At the time of going down only 2 elevators were working and the waiting time was very long, that was not pleasant! We waited more than 30 minutes to get off!
