Combo (Save 5%): Florence Cathedral + Pitti Palace & Boboli Gardens Tickets

Purchased tickets to Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens in Florence via the app. Was so easy and everything at the venue worked like clockwork. Went a bit earlier in the morning to avoid crowds . Have now gone on and booked other Florence sites through same app.

The whole process was so easy to use and available when you needed it. Thank you for the easy use for a fantastic experience.

The visit was great but the booking experience not so good. Having downloaded the app which said no need to print tickets just show them in the app we then had a lot of trouble getting in to the different parts of the visit because they required the original PDF which we couldn't access easily due to poor signal and lack of internet connectivity . Once in, the different parts of the visit were excellent but it was very stressful getting in. The App info is misleading .

The Duomo is quite magnificent and was a bucket list item for us. Dating from 1296CE it is historic architecturally as well as religious. The staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. An amazing experience!!

The entrance fee allowed us to access all the sites without waiting in line, saving us a lot of time that we could use to see all that these magnificent places had to show. We would have liked to have had the possibility of a guided tour, or at least audio guides available for better context and understanding.

Visit to the Duomo of Florence Cathedral, very good site to get the tickets which are very easy to register on the cell. All the information on how to get there was very clear. I'd recommend

Visiting the Duomo museum was an incredible experience because of the quality of the collection and organization of the exhibits. Touring the archaeological area of the crypt, with access to the Duomo interior worked out so well for us, and we were also glad to see the interior of the Baptistry. Buying our times tickets here was an easy process, and the app worked great, too.

The view from the church dome is fantastic - but.... you have to be physically prepared - there are many, many, many steps to climb. There's no warning for cardiac patients. We advise you to rest a lot between visits....because the tower also has more than 400 steps to climb. But it's all beautiful, it's worth it

Tickets gave access to everything around the duomo and we could skip the long line to enter the cathedral. I strongly recommend doing the climb up the duomo.

Nice views from the Campanille, interesting the crypt. But in the description it seemed to include the climb to the Dome but it was not true. You should warn it

The process for buying and picking up the tickets was very easy and convenient. Palazzo Petiti and Boboli gardens are an experience not to be missed.

I liked the reliability of the app and that the tickets are delivered as promised. We wanted to enter the dome and I thought that the tickets included it.

Everything was great so far. It could have been made a little clearer that you don't have to queue at the ticket counter to make a reservation, but can actually go straight to the front.

The eperience is not good , but it would be interesting to let you know that the price excessive compared to the service- the audio guide was not there- it was not clear that the basilica on Sundays was closed- the luggage room is inconvenient but it might be more conveninent to check with metaldetector, having children with me in my backpack I had everything I might need for the visit, including water for the staircase-regarding the ascent of Giotto's tower I find the waiting line disorganized without limiting the beginning and the end, so you find people entering in the middle as always, moreover on a hot sunny day like yesterday you risk to get so hot and once inside you can't even go up !

it was important to already have the tickets because otherwise there is a long queue and it is not the same place where you buy the tickets as where you enter.

This experience was good in the sense of seeing the beautiful Florence cathedral and climbing the duomo and bell tower. Just lovely views! But beware this experience is NOT for those with a fear of hights or tight spaces. We had issues at the venue as there were many entrances and staff were unhelpful in finding the correct entrance, so we waited outside in the rain for 20 mins in the wrong line only to move to another line.

After initial problems with orientation, some things were solved after consultation with the staff. Please make it clear when booking that the timesöot is intended for visiting the dome.

We had to ask the people who were organizing the queues to know what to do. Once you validate your ticket at the Baptistery you don't have to wait in the long lines. Better to ask

It's really beautiful to go back to Florence again. This is also my first time to buy digital tickets. Download the PDF file in advance, which is convenient to check and enjoy. It's really very convenient. I highly recommend you to buy it. Next time I will still buy travel tickets through this platform.
