Our guide was Bruno and he was lovely on the tour. Bruno knew a lot of facts about the Eiffel Tower and it was very interesting to get to know all of these informations from him. His ability to speak multiple languages made communication so much easier and pleasant. He engaged with everyone on the tour and made us all feel welcomed and secure in Paris. Organised and easy Very clear and on time Everything was great except that the guide made several comments on not trusting blacks - while we may understand that some individuals push selling bracelets - referring to them as "beware of blacks" and then warning about neighbourhoods which have more diversity is just not ok He went on to say Africans selling some goods are ok - but again - this is incredibly racist I live in Paris and was taking my nephew and describing some arrondissement as unsafe because of the majority of the people living there being of colour is incredibly inappropriate

We were with the whole family. After visiting the Eifel Tower, this was a great trip and a wonderful rest stop.

The booking with Headout worked great. The park was better several years ago.the service in the park is no longer so good,we wanted to go to a restaurant that we had good memories of that was closed.the train with which you can drive around the park had only stopped at one stop,the other stops were closed.at a kiosk where we had got ice cream was well staffed with 3 employees but only one employee served.the prices for sandwiches and coffee were very high. Now something positive, the parade was sensational, the extras really gave everything, just great.

Our guide was terrific. I'm forgetting her name but I think it is something like Kamilia. She was knowledgeable, informative, upbeat, kind, warm and lovely. She was particularly kind and responsive to my 13 year old daughter who had several questions. Rather than be annoyed by her, she gently guided her to participate in the tour and play a leadership role in asking the questions when everyone was gathered to be able to hear the responses. She is terrific and we are most greatful to have gotten her as our guide.

It was like a childhood dream coming true. Felt Entred a Time Machine that from tue entrance downsized my age. Everything was perfect but the only comment i have is that of you can add more halal or Kosher items it would be moore appreciated.

The most memorable aspect of the tour was the indepth knowledge our tour guide had about so many aritifacts in the Louvre. We asked several detailed questions about everything we saw and he was able to thoroughly answer the questions. He made the tour interesting and engaging.

We booked tickets less than 24 hours before the trip and still got a reasonable price despite this being a third party tour. The activity was well administrated and clear information was provided on the meeting point (which was not the tower itself). All the staff were friendly and helpful, they also spoke excellent English. Samy, our guide, engaged well with attendees both as a group and with individual participants. He provided interesting information about the tower and other nearby attractions and helped us to navigate the site to get the most out of the visit. Once we reached the second floor we were left to continue our visit independently, allowing lots of time to see the sites and take photos. The tower itself is fascinating and the views are amazing. There is also an immersive activity which can be accessed on your mobile (this appeared to be quite interesting, but our phones weren't charged enough to take full advantage of this). After all of the walking the adjacent river cruise gave a welcom opportunity to rest our feet and see some of the wider city. We were so glad to have the opportunity to take this tour: it was everything we hoped itn would be.

Having a guide who knew his way, was humorous and knowledgeable. Having tickets confirmed beforehand also helped as it was so crowded.

We enjoyed the boat ride. It was wonderful to see the sights from the Seine. We had pre-purchased tickets and the entrance and boarding was so easy. Not crowded at all. We had lots of room To see and move around. We loved it.

The most enjoyable attraction was the cruise, which gave me a very good feeling, especially with the decor inside.

Came there years ago when our children were small. Now with the grandchildren and again super there. Highly recommended for young and old.

I loved the guide and the way he told us about Paris and it's main tourist attractions. The guide's name was Jacopo, he is Italian but is very excited about Paris and French history!
