The guide Ify was superb! Informative,funny & engaging. All went smooth and organised. My daughter & another girl had their Birthday on a day -the guide has got everyone to sing Happy Birthday on the tower !

L'Arc de Triomphe a must do, and do best, least grief when pre-book. Lots of steps and a triumph when make the 285th step upright, breathing and alive 🙀🙀🙀. The view absolutely worth it. 💫🌟♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Timed entry was easy. My recommendation for the audio programs is to: 1. Commentary: shorten the commentary on each room. It's too lengthy, as crowded as every part was. 2. Signage: make the corresponding numbers of the room to the audio guide in the same place in every room. Some rooms didn't have numbers and some were too small to read. 3. My audio phone and one of my group's ran out of battery midway through the tour. The clerks acted like they were testing the equipment before handing it out, but they gave out Half-charged equipment. I know it was only 5eu but very maddening. I lost some interest on the remaining tour, because I couldn't listen. Bummer. 4. Ear phones would be a better, hands free style of audio speaker. Better idea to leave hands free to protect personal items. As crowded as it was, the palace could easily be a prime place for pickpockets. Housekeeping: In general, the palace needs dusting. We could see dusty surfaces throughout the tour. (It's easy to spot on wooden surfaces. And we also saw cobwebs on the Apollo statue at the beginning!

The view over Paris and the history of the Arc de Triomphe. The boat trip was also very good for an overview of the city. The windows that you could open to take photos were particularly noteworthy. The organization in front of the queue for the Arc de Triomphe was poor. At first it wasn't clear where we had to queue.

We got the tickets 5 minutes after we brought them and the view from the top of the arc the triumphe is really beautiful. You have a perfect view on the champs elysées and the Eiffeltower

A little disappointed because I find it a little expensive for what is a little too small a visit. I expected to have a real visit I'm not going back my 8 year old son was disappointed the visit was too short On the site you get the impression that it's something huge, but it's not.

Booking was easy, convenient and described in detail. The tickets arrived promptly. The information was all important and helpful for the route, the ticketing process, things to know about the event. Versailles is also beautiful in the fall.

Everything went really well. Just a little disappointed because it was a bit expensive to climb to the top of the Arc de Triomphe... although the view was great. Very hard to get to the top. Nice visit.

No elevator possible if disability is invisible / motor problem. Condescending staff who ask why you need the lift.... Very difficult to get on and off

The truth is a unique way to see Paris... the photos are beautiful and everything comes out beautiful. The explanation about the Arc de Triomphe is amazing and you really enjoy the whole tour... including all the stairs to get to the top.

Everything was great! The palace is 100% worth it! But it could be better organized. We had to wait a long time to get in despite having tickets and it was mega crowded. The number of visitors could be limited. Otherwise a great experience. I would recommend it to others.

Ticketing with Headout was easy and convenient. We enjoyed this experience very much. The view from the top of Arc de Triomphe was well worth the many many steps to get up there.

Beautiful experience. Luckily we had booked because it was sold out. Beautiful gardens we spent 4 very pleasant hours x touring them all. Interior of the palace ok. Spectacular paintings.

Interesting visit, crowded but not too crowded, but the RER access was very difficult: train cancelled and arrived almost 1h30 after the scheduled time.

We loved our tour of the Arc de Triomphe. The views from the top are amazing and give an excellent sense of the layout of this beautiful city. Highly recommended.

It took the advance notice to climb stairs. We climbed 283 steps and two people with knee problems were with us. Once inside, it was not possible to return.

The organization of the logistics was extraordinary, there were no delays at the entrance and I stayed at the Palace as long as I wanted. A real success buying my tickets with you. Highly recommended

The app is to be recommended, everything worked out great, we got through the controls quickly and had a fantastic 284-step ascent to the terrace of the Arc de Triumph with an unforgettable view of the Etoile and over the whole of Paris. Perfect ticket U & C
