Beauty and the Beast the Musical

the atmosphere was amazing, great talent, very entertaining. Please can you get softer booster seats, they are horrible to body after two hours.

The performance was great, but not so headput which tots prices were more re than double than other platforms. I was in a hurry when I purchased the tickets. I probably won't use their service again.

The chair is not comfortable at all. It doesn't support my back when I seat on the balcony gate 14 row M seat 44.I had a sour back while I was watching the show. They should replace those chair with better designed ones to give people a better experience.

I thought I was booking through the actual site. I ended up paying more than the actual site, which I didn't realise until after. I then had to make some calls to check if the site was legit, which wasted time. I then had to pick up the tickets - I don't know why they couldn't have been emailed. Overall it was ok but mildly frustrating.

I loved everything! Picking up my tickets were super easy and the box office staff were very friendly. We arrived early to enjoy a delicious lunch before the show. The show itself was incredible! The sets, choreography, performers were all excellent. My party and I were enthralled for the entire show - what a treat for us all! Bravo!!!

I was overwhelmed by the light and sound production. I had a great experience with the production, which made me laugh and moved me to tears in the end. Thank you!!

My friend and I enjoyed every minute of the musical. Ticketing was easy, although investigated Headout was real. Then sat back and enjoyed the experience. Loved the venue. Qpac you did us proud. We travelled from Gympie.

It's an amazing musical and I enjoyed it so much. The dancing and singing and music are marvelous. Deep thanks to all the actors and musicians.

Great experience, my 11 yo daughter dragged my along as she as had seen it a few weeks earlier on a school trip, and she hasn't stopped taking about it since.

I had no problems with ordering the tickets, I went to pick them up at the theatre the day prior and they were there waiting for me. Thank you Head Out! We had a magical time at Beauty and the Beast!! It was a shame they put so many made up songs that were not in the original movie. There was no need to do that and the ending number, they could've made it really big with lots of bells and whistles but never the less it was great!

Our seats were great, and the show was AWESOME!! Finally dragged my naysayer husband to a stage show and it did not disappoint! He's already asking when we can go to another 😝🤣

What a fun show. Just a little cheesy and all the fun. Special effects were amazing. Having a live orchestra play in the pit was wonderful.

It was marvellous. All the spectacle ! Thes songs,the dances, the actors, the special effects (with the curtains, the lights, the scenes...). I recommend Beauty and the beast for everyone, not only for kids !

We, Wards Buses , had 48 people who returned back to Maclean (6 hours later) still on a "high". The performance was outstanding. We had a mixture of teenagers and oldies and not an unhappy or dissatisfied face on the bus

Last minute decision while sitting on the ferry. Quickly searched for tickets and soon had 4 tickets selected and paid without any problems. Confirmation email received of booking with instructions. Next day had confirmation of my tickets from QPAC and tickets were ready to collect when we arrived. Very easy.

The presentation was excellent. Re tickets...I was not aware and believe I was not informed anywhere, that I never to go to the front desk to obtain the tickets. This caused a little bit of inconvenience.

Oh well no real problem but I would sooner that the tickets were sent to me and that would justmake it easier when arriving at the venue - I was driving from 5 hours away to the venue - probably would not be an issue for a local

It was fairly simple to organise last minute tickets. However, I was disappointed to see a $10.50 international transaction fee on my credit card. If you are charging AUD for an Australian event, then I shouldn't bear the cost of the hidden transfer into a/ from a foreign currency.
