We really enjoyed the art on display which was mostly informative - we regretted the pictures which only said what they were and had no narrative. Overall great though.

I liked it, but it would have been useful to be informed in advance that the exhibition closes in less than 2 hours.

Upper Belvedere was covered in scaffolding for maintenance. The gardens between Upper and Lowerer Belvedere were poorly presented.

Original paintings have a very special magic. The city is littered with souvenirs of the Klimmt Kiss, but the original just has that certain something and you can feel the aura of the painter.

First of all I liked the choice of the combo, they are incredible attractions, we liked it very much. Then the ease of purchase online and the attention given by whatsapp and email.

The Belvedere Palace is a magnificent building. A locker is available to unload bulky bags and coats. Some of the rooms are full of curious artistic surprises. The Klimt and Egon Schiele collections are very moving. Last but not least, we discovered other artists we really liked.

We really liked the fact that you can get off at any station and continue at any time. It was also very informative and interesting👍

The buses run at good intervals and connect all the important sights. The fast-track entry at the Belvedere worked well. The museum/castle is absolutely worth seeing.

The paintings, the castle exterior - magnificent. On the other hand, we missed out on the opportunity to use the audioguide, only to discover that there is a small audioguide rental room on the way out. It's not well signposted at the entrance.

A unique experience...the palace, the gardens and the collection...I was going for the kiss and what really struck me were the paintings of the flowers by Klimt.

The gardens at the Beldevere palace are in bad shape. The front of the building under repair (which is needed, but should be noted when buying the experience.) The modern art exhibition is not really worth the time. A stark contrast compared to the masters of older times.

I didn't realize that I had to download the application also because although I bought the tickets in Italian the email was not in Italian. Since I did, my phone is always full of unwanted ads and spam. Can you explain why? Francesca

Overall a beautiful experience: the Upper Belvedere seems never-ending, the rooms are really many and well structured. Wonderful. The Lower Belvedere houses only two single-topic exhibitions; I did not particularly appreciate it and in fact find it overprized. The ticket is not worth it.

I have some difficulty standing for long periods. More seating would be appreciated. The guides with their groups were quite large and intrusive The art and palace rooms were spectacular and I'll be back soon

I got the entrance without complications and the process for registration in the palace was very well explained. Very beautiful museum. Highly recommended. You can not miss it.

All very nice. Only thing you have to put a steward near Klimt's kiss because people stop too much to take close-up photos preventing others from seeing it.

The ticket purchase progress is seamingless and it's so easy to access the museum by just displaying the QR code on my phone

I loved the stuff displayed and the beautiful view outside. However, a staff member manning the exhibition unpleasantly shouted at us when I stood by the wall ( didn't realise I shouldn't as there was no sign or instruction not to do so). That has spoiled my expectation and never to come back again.

It was easy to buy tickets online for the Upper Belvedere and faster than waiting in line. Viewing artwork itself was just okay due to crowds. Although timed entries should help, clumps of viewers distracted from the experience. The special Secession exhibit at the Vienna museum was more satisfying.
