Combo (Save 5%): Louvre Museum + Versailles Palace Tickets

It was all so easy and smooth. Bruno was our guide for the Eiffel Tower and he was SO nice, friendly and knowledgeable!

Very quick access to the palace, no long lines, excellent access. We toured the palace and its gardens calmly in about 5 hrs.

The ticketing with Headout was great. The venue was good. We were disappointed that more of the fountains weren't operating

The most memorable aspect of the tour was the indepth knowledge our tour guide had about so many aritifacts in the Louvre. We asked several detailed questions about everything we saw and he was able to thoroughly answer the questions. He made the tour interesting and engaging.

This site is totally worth it. It is recommended to spend at least 3 or 4 hours if you want to visit the castle and some meadows. Booking at Headout is very easy and secure. The tickets arrive to your email and app and you just have to present them at the entrance.

Everything as expected. Beautiful rooms, exciting art, an overrated and crowded Monalisa. Just a shame that almost all the toilets were closed at the same time and the ones that were open were relatively dirty. About the Eigang la carrousel is absolutely recommendable.

I was happy with my Versailles tickets, but very disappointed with my Louvre tickets, as the audio guide was on our cell phone - not everyone has access to a smartphone! I paid for 2 audio-guides for nothing! It wasn't indicated when I bought the tickets. I had downloaded the application, but it wasn't explained properly afterwards that we had to enter the code before entering the Louvre, so we were never able to access it. I lost 12€.

For the price it was totally great. As an experience I must comment that it is good to take both things at the same time, but if you do it you must consider the time to get from one place to another, so it is advisable to do a tour first and the next day to do the next, in both, Palace of Versailles and Louvre Museum there are too many things to see, so it should be calmly because one is very exhausted from so much walking.

The Museum itself, I have been to the Louvre twice before and each time it is a new excitement. Discovering new works of art that you hadn't noticed before due to lack of time I recommend, however, that you do not take the 4:30 p.m. slot then they close early, at about 6 p.m. and you are left with little time for sightseeing

I had to cancel because of a family illness so I was very sorry to miss the experience. I was happy to get 25%of my ticket refunded thanks to the kindness of the staff. Maybe next year if all goes well...

The fountains in the gardens could've been turned on a bit more often. The tickets we bought for the palace and garden didn't offer any perks, eg skip-the- line; Didn't get a chance for the optional tours - not sure if they have to pay extra or not. Overall, impressed by the places, need to visit when the music fountains all are on which seem to be late June.

Liked our guide , hard to find the meeting place/venue especially for foreigner-un familiar with the area . I was not informed that I have to print the actual ticket to get in line for the louvre museum ..

Easy online reservation, nice visit too bad about the wait at the palace entrance. With reservation at 1:30 pm we entered at 2:15 pm.

You should send the tickets to your customers or better yet you should have registered the people who bought tickets and not give them such a hard time, finally I also fail my internet and you have no way to share internet with your customers. If you buy tickets in advance it is easy that with the identification of the people can enter. There is a lack of signage, they assume that visitors know the routes. And it is easy to get lost in the gardens. And not identify the paths to each of the fountains, idem with the exits. There are no signs. And something very important to keep in mind: They should ventilate the rooms of the king and Reyna because there is a bad smell.

Der Besuch im Louvre war absolut phantastisch, aber wir hatten Probleme, weil wir dachten, wir könnten unser Ticket gegen den mitgebrachten Ausdruck der Reservierung eintauschen, was nicht stimmt. Es gibt keine "Einlösestelle" in dem Sinn, es geht nur mit der App. Wenn uns eine sehr freundliche Service-Angestellte, die die Warteschlangen betreut hat, nicht geholfen hätte, vor Ort die App und damit die Tickets herunterzuladen, wären wir nicht reingekommen. Wir sind 72 und 77 Jahre alt und kennen uns mit diesen Dingen nicht so gut aus.

All displays s were great but Disappointed with the display for the Mona Lisa. Definitely needs a better system. We had at least 20 rows in front of us and they were not moving so that was a waste of time. Also inadequate signage to where it actualy was instead we had to keep asking at least 4 staff members and finally got there to have this large crowd who were Not moving. Was very disappointing and alit of others also felt this way.

It would have been better to attend Saturday. I was not allowed to switch ticket sales even though I figured out the need to do so pretty quickly after I made my purchase for Sunday.

Tocketervaring top. Prachtige bezienswaardigheid. Slecht aangegeven dat wanneer je je (nog) niet hoeft te melden om binnen te kijken, je aan de linker kant richting de tuinen loopt. Zoveel mensen (wij ook) die onnodig aansluiten aan een rij.

Lovely doesn't do justice to the magnitude of this iconic museum. We were enchanted from the moment we caught view from the street. Everything about this experience was unforgettable. The service was great, pre-paid ticket system was seamless and fast! The only downside was the wait for the restroom. So, don't use the ones on the main lobby floor! Others may be quicker. Overall, a magical time.

It was easy to book tickets with Headout. The art in the Louvre was definitely what made it memorable, that museum is massive and could easily take days to truly enjoy. We were there for half an afternoon, but loved getting to see the art and all that the Louvre museum had to offer.
