Ticketing: Awesome. Easy to order online, instant confirmation. It would have been an Awesome rating if some information about finding the Heathrow Express train was provided at tickeitng. I would definitely order it again next time going or returning from Heathrow. And I would recommend to others.

Apart from the long walk from the terminal it went well. Not much time to board though. Takes a bit of time when one is aged!

Very practical, it enabled us to do a quick tour of London and then take the time to linger wherever we liked. Walking tours are very rewarding and allow you to discover London in a different way.

The train was fast , convenient, loved that their is a charging outlet on the cabin .... I was heading to Terminal 4 , wished I did not have to change the train .

A very efficient way to travel. The only thing I would say is that if you book it in the United States or different time zone, you should send a Reminders both time zone and the time zone that you're going to because our Reminders came quite late, often the next day.

I didn't receive tickets on time. Also it really is not clear how to get access to the platforms without paying for Elizabeth line (which I did as well)

Appreciate the convenience of ordering online, however it didn't give all the different options of the package - which we found out in-person with the ticketer. Overall the hop-on, hop-off was great for exploring the city. Traffice was a nightmare though and it did take far longer to navigate. There should be signs for children to NOT run on the top deck, and NO tussling. The late afternoon bus challenged our last nerves from a family of kids horseing around and making an inordinate amount of noise.

Very efficient and quick! The staff were also very helpful in crowd control to spread everyone down the platform so that everyone got a seat onboard.

Train was on time. Easy to find. We got our seats, but there were not quite enough space for luggage. Train was very fast. But it took a while to move from the train to the departure hall.

Easy to buy online and easy directions(follow the purple line on the ground) However we did freak out a bit as the time on the ticket says 1210 am and we thought we had mistakenly bought a specific time. It also says from Heathrow to Paddington and is a little unclear that the ticket is valid either way

Super, I recommend 100/100 We were able to tour London , the audio guide teaches us lots of fascinating anecdotes There are a lot of buses on the blue and red lines, much less on the Green line.

Traveling with the Heathrow Express is absolutely recommended! No waiting time for the train. Sufficient space on the train. Clean. Friendly staff. Anytime again!!!

It was simple to find the train after we cleared customs. Booking online could not have been easier. Taking it back to Heathrow tomorrow

Extremely easy to board, all seats would have charged my phone for 15 mins, then arrived at Paddington station refreshed ready to attack Google maps !!

Once we got on the bus all was good, trying to get on was chaos. Joined at Victoria station, first red route bus drove past, not full, a blue route said 'hop on we'll catch it up'. It didn't so we got off at Hyde Park & waited for the next Red route. Reader didn't see our code but kind driver let us on. Route was then very good. We are 77 but fit and English, I was pleased not to be managing as an unfit foreigner.
