Really worth it getting the fast pass considering I only had a few hrs. It did make a big difference. Able to get scanned and into a pod within 20ish minutes. And the views were magnificent. Very smooth ride.

Ticketing: Awesome. Easy to order online, instant confirmation. It would have been an Awesome rating if some information about finding the Heathrow Express train was provided at tickeitng. I would definitely order it again next time going or returning from Heathrow. And I would recommend to others.

The ride was perfect; air conditioned and plenty of space. Choosing to pay the extra to skip the line was WELL worth it.

Of the attraction I almost everything , for example The views are beautiful, what I like the least as a Spaniard, I did not find anything Spanish speaking, I thought it was fatal, at least one English and one Spanish, I almost did not find anyone to ask anything, anywhere, and people are not sensitive to collaborate, the rest I liked, we here in Spain we make it easy, which we are very proud of.

I was apprehensive about going on the ride but my travel companion really wanted to do this. It was much less stressful for me than I expected. Getting tickets was quick and easy but I wished I had gotten the fast track tickets.

The movement of the car is not very noticeable and the view is spectacular, but they could give more information about the city through the loudspeaker.

It was quick, organized and peaceful!!! I loved the tour and the view. I took a photo and wanted to see how to access it to find out the price.

Apart from the long walk from the terminal it went well. Not much time to board though. Takes a bit of time when one is aged!

almost in last minute, we decided to visit London Eye. I got a discounted rate through headout, which impressed me a lot!

The experience was very smooth. It went well. The fact that the cubicles weren't very crowded was a plus.. only bad thing was that the camera that clicks pic while on the ride clicked extremely bad quality picture. Probably the lens wasn't clean or needs update.

Well organized. Not enough emphasis on landmark maps. We looked at the landscape without really understanding what we were looking at. Explanations not strong enough.

Fast track was amazing. We actually turned up early but was still allowed on with no queues. From arriving to boarding the Eye, was approximately 5 mins. The Eye truely is awesome, the weather was clear so we could see for miles. The pod is not overcrowded with plenty of viewing space for everyone. Top Notch!!!

Easy to do and great view over London , as a family of 5 was with visiting ( with a fast track ticket ) and early morning

We were told to arrive 15 minutes before the time indicated on the ticket, but on the spot we were told to take our place in the queue at the time indicated on the ticket. A 1-hour queue ensued..... Fortunately, the time spent in the gondola offered a magnificent view of London.

The London Eye was great! And with the fast pass tickets, it was so easy to get in line and use the attraction. Headout is great at organizing!

It was amazing, great, and I miss it dearly. I appreciated the quickness to acquire tickets, and the queue that didn't take as long as I thought it would.

We found the process of purchasing the tickets to be very easy. They showed up on my phone and worked when I went in to the line. We showed up early, about 45 minutes early, and we're allowed to board the Eye at that time. The ride was awesome, as was The view. Prior to doing so, I wasn't too keen on the idea. I'm sure glad I went..

I bought my ticket on line and the process went very smoothly. I enjoyed my trip to Oaddington Starion on Heathrow Express.

I have waited for allowance to go a little bit to much. Queue to London Eye was huge and I stayed around 40 minutes to get into it. It was not approproately clarified with your app. I was not prepared for waiting such a long time.

This was a fine activity, after doing the sites by foot I don’t think you get anything special with this view and is not necessary for a short trip. It's also a shared pod so don’t expect to be with your group alone.
