Hello, I am traveling with my small dog. I was refused access to the bus. There is no indication on the ticket or at the bus entrance that animals are not allowed. This should be indicated on the ticket. Otherwise a pleasant visit.

Perfect way to see a city. Used this many times around the world. Stayed on whole route then went back to sites we wanted to explore further. Were able to do both routes. Great experience once again.

The typical hop on hop off tour was really nice... perfect for a short stay in Barcelona. It was all ok

The fact that we can get on and off the bus as we please and according to our interests. The fact that the ticket is valid for 24 hours. We were able to do one route on Friday from 1pm and the next day the other route until 1pm.

It was quick and easy to purchase the ticket online. I liked that the bus was airconditioned. I did not like that I could not use the advertised free WiFi.

Fairly complete Barcelona tour, but 1 stop removed without notice, and on the other line part of the route changed without information....

Fast service. Buses present in large numbers both at the airport exit and at the Barcelona Plaza Catalunya terminus. Satisfaction.

A very short wait for a bus even though one had just left. A comfortable ride and convenient drop off. Also a very reasonable price.

Great way to see Barcelona. Did both routes and the stops really covered the main sights to see. Reasonable price for all day travel. Sadly missed the Parc Guell stop as thought we had just stopped at traffic lights and the park was no where to be seen!

An amazing way to see the city. We only did the green line as it took a few hours and then we walked around the gothic quarter for awhile. Absolutely beautiful!!

We had to get off at station 1 to get back on another bus? We thought you could get on and off at any stop the bus route had?

Very easy to get around Barcelona and some nice surprises during the visits (former Olympic site). The kindness of the people who welcomed and informed us on the bus.

Great trip with the audio guides - we learned a lot about the city. The buses arrived at the right intervals. The people who welcome tourists are friendly and helpful. Excellent 🤩

It was the best way for us to see all the sights once, and we never had to wait long for the next bus to arrive after getting off, so we can only recommend it.

Really straight forward to find and good way to get to the center. Was busy so didn't get a seat straight away had to wait for people to get off on first stop.

Very practical for visiting Barcelona when you've never been before, and allows you to discover a lot of things, but the driver is very rough, accelerating at orange lights every time. He ran several red lights. And he didn't finish his orange lap in its entirety, stopping abruptly at a stop without warning and indicating that he was stopping there. We all had to get off without knowing what to do or where to go... no one to give us directions. Thanks to Google Maps for guiding us back to the starting bridge with children .... I won't be using this brand of bus again and I wouldn't recommend it.

Always convenient bus tour, possibility to take a general look at the cities and get off wherever you want. Recommended experience.

The first time, I couldn't get the audio to the right language. It was set to 8, but I heard Finnish or something. Then did it together with my son (1 earpiece each). The next time the audio could not be turned down. So finally did the earphones at the empty spot behind us. Otherwise it was a nice route. Saw a lot. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to do the other route as well. Perhaps it would be handy if the app also showed the departure times and how long each route took.

We really liked this way of discovering Barcelona. Barcelona is so rich in discovery, and with an 8-year-old boy it's not easy. Well, he loved it.

Everything was good. The bus took us through Barcelona and the recorded presentation was adequate. Good value for the experience. My only issue is the free wifi did not work on the too deck of the bus.
