Combo (Save 11%): Madrid Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour + Royal Palace of Madrid Skip-the-Line Tickets

The buses run very frequently we never waited more than a few mins. We also didn't need to print out our tickets as we were told to, they just scanned them on board. We were not out early enough to do the walking tour at 11 am. But we were able to do both 1 and 2 routes on our ticket. The headphone sockets did not all work but you could share one set between 2 of you. Remember to take something warm to wear, it gets quite cold on the top. Great experience and good value for money.

The best thing that happened to me when I visited madrid was this bus ride because I went to see the clasico but my favorite team Real Madrid lost it.

The problem is that there is no one to check the ticket time so people who are after you pass you by. Otherwise everything is fine.

Everything is great, only the attitude of some of your collaborators could be improved, remind them that for them it is just another service, but for you it is a unique experience.

The organization of the entrance in the palace is excelent. We didn't have to wait in the queu at all. Maybe would be better to inidicate the entrance for different kind of visitors more detailed.

Great experience to do, great price too. Only the skip the line is not clear. You have an entrance with and without a ticket. And then it is not clear where you have to stand with your ticket. Finally found the right and indeed much shorter line and could then enter within 15 minutes...skip the line of buying a ticket is a fair term.

We did indeed skip a long queue by buying tickets online, and the palace is undoubtedly beautiful, however I think it is relevant to mention that the Palace has no air conditioning, which makes the experience, inside the rooms, unbearable to say the least, my family and I were sweltering in the middle of autumn.

The Royal Palace is beautiful and richly furnished. It makes a better impression than Versailles. It's just a pity that the royal garden Royal is under renovation.

In view of the queue, the fast-track tickets were a very good choice. The throne room is very impressive due to its rich furnishings.

We didn't wait for the entrance to the Prado Museum and the Royal Palace of Madrid with skip-line tickets. Everything was ok.

Great way to get our bearing, we stayed on for full loop decided which stop suited us then got on and off accordingly Very helpful and pleasant. Such good value

We didn't wait to go in to the Palace. The ticketing was flawless. Of course we paid a premium for the convenience but it was worth it.

Personnel provided excellent service but when they will be named bus stops in English also, will be better. Additionally, I would like to recommend make some tour bus stops more visible from the distance, espesially on the Green Line.

THEY NEVER INFORMED THAT DUE TO THE PROXIMITY OF THE HOLIDAYS, ROADS WOULD BE CLOSED AND THEY WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH SCHEDULES, FREQUENCIES OR STOPS TO TAKE THE BUS. I WILL RECOMMEND FUTURE TRAVELERS NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES.

We love the hop-on hop-off feature to see whatever we want and get back on the bus anytime. Purchase tickets was easy online on my cell phone. I highly recommend it if you're trying to get familiar with a new city. After our visit on the bus, we went back and revisited places more in depth. I highly recommend they hop on hop off bus experience

The buses were quite punctual despite the traffic. Staff were nice, spoke very good English and were helpful. The app for the bus overview was very helpful.

Being able to see round the whole city with a good view and a commentary. There was a bit too much info about architects for our taste, when what buildings were and how old they were and how different pats of the city evolved would have been more interesting to us

Very convenient system xbecause we practically didn't wait for anything. Recommended xbecause those who bought tickets there had an endless line

Overall we were very happy with the whole experience. The skip the line meant we were in the MUCH smaller line. Didn't take long to get in. We were a little unclear as to where our correct entrance was but we got it. The Palace was amazing. We would recommend using Headout and visiting the Royal Palace.

The tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid is astounding because of the grandeur and majesty that shines through every moment of the visit. We walked through the halls of the palace imagining how members of the royal family must feel to have access to unique rooms and objects. Definitely a unique experience to recommend to anyone with a passion for history and art. I regret not being able to visit the palace armory, which was closed to the public at this time. It is freely photographable. I recommend wearing comfortable shoes because there is a lot of walking.
