The very very kind and professional woman who was handing out tour audio tours we were from the USA and did not have euros on us and there were old elderly folks she was kind enough to help us get the audio tour at no charge and get us into the museum we had had a hard time getting into the museum because we could not get our email tickets to show up outside and they were very strict outside

Electronic tickets were smooth and easy to use. So many great art works . Spent several hours there and still couldn't see it all.

Excellent artistic experience, the dream of every artist. I am happy to start my visit to Madrid with this experience.

Love the Prado. The tickets were a little difficult to retrieve. The outside attendants were patient. Since we had a stroller we were moved to the front of the line saving an hour wait. Suggest going in the afternoon to avoid the queue.

The art was amazing. Seeing so much artwork from some of the worlds famous artists was definitely an unforgettable experience. Loved every minute

The exhibition in itself is already a great experience! The collection is incredible and the facilities are beautiful, in each room the staff helped me to find what I was most interested in ... the great oase ecstatic of the masterpieces....

First of all, there are many entrances to Prado Museum and I think it should be clarified better which one to take so that you don't wait unnecessarily in the line Secondly when I booked my ticket it said I could use a audiovisuell which in the museum I was told is only for groups. That was a little disappointing Otherwise I had a great time in the museum

All OK, very nice to be able to get on and off the bus and to be able to do both historical and modern tour of Madrid. Really very nice staff. The only less positive note is due to traffic delays on the historic Madrid tour, but that is certainly not your fault.

It was confusing finding the paintings that matched the audio. Unfortunately, I didn't bring a headset so I had to listen to the audio from my phone. I'm doing

All very convenient, didn't have to stand in line, went through quickly. The museum is decorated beautifully ! Great exhibitions! More would walk and walk !

The visit to the Prado was incredible. I didn't go to the Royal Palace. My son bought a ticket with the wrong date. I bought another ticket for 13/05/24 but my visit was canceled because there was an official activity that day. I return frustrated, unfortunately.

Seeing the Heironymous Bosch again. Shame about the no photo policy (which the Prado could better communicate- rather than having guards yell at people - which rather spoils the ambiance)

It is a great collection of paintings from middle age to 20th century. It has also unique artifacts from greco romen era. You need to walk a lot and need a lot of hours to visit most of the items in the museum.

Avoided lines and the ticket purchased online worked very well, I would have liked them to include recommendations of works and directions on how to get in and how to get around.

Essentially and absolutely, the Prado collections. The app was very useful, as it meant we didn't have to queue for the purchase. The waiting time is quite long, given k the attractiveness of this extraordinary museum.

We were about 200th in the ticket line to get into the Prado. A few clicks later and we had our tickets to cut the line and went straight in.

Very easy to fill out the application and thus avoid walking to the other side of the museum and at the same time avoid long lines. Very user friendly application

The selection of paintings to view is good, however it is very difficult to find them as it is not clear what is the common thread.
