Petrosains the place you should go with your family. Even if youre alone, that place can cheer you up. I really enjoy my time there with all the activities.

Many new tech and knowledge for my kids. Put more games for kids to play like VR games, drone and others new games. Its better to put new site (to compare) with old tech and new tech. Its for kids to learn the journey and also put the names for the creator of new tech

All good. Could improve by having Petrosains staff to assist and monitor some areas, especially at excavator, F1 area etc so people queue accordingly and not create unnecessary issues for breaking queue. Overall it is awesome and informational experience, thks PetroSains Team 👍

From the start of booking tickets to the entrance of the science center is very easy and no need to print tickets just point to scan the bar code. highly recommended to book tickets through headout ni.

With regards to the tickets. It was simple, the pdf attachment of the tickets made it easy 👍🏻 Experience on arrival was very fast with the use of QR code. The children ages 5-10 really enjoyed themselves with all the interactive exhibit. Our favourite was on the dinosaurs, space galleries, sciences etc

Very easy to claim the entrance ticket. Just show the QR code to enter. Avoid long queue and be able to select my desire timing

Easy to buy.. and just online.. this is my first time using online to buy ticket.. And as my expected, it easy.. No need to long que.. Just show the qr to the PIC and thru it..

Easy just use the code given upon purchase. No queuing up to collect anything whatsoever. We spent 5 hours in total there. So many things to do and kids loved it. I was one really tired parent 😆

There is a lot that children can learn. Adding to our knowledge, mostly about science and the workings of oil extraction. Besides that, we can also learn about the role of Petronas in Formula 1.

petrosains was fun and interactive but might need to consider disinfect more frequently, volunteers can be more proactive in showing visitors what we can do with the exhibits and that will greatly improve vistors experiences

Everything was exciting. The kids love it. The ticketing was so easy if you bought it online so I didnt have to waste time in queing. I am so glad everything went well during our tour and we look forward for the next trip. The knowledge we gained in the trip is something special especially for the kids.
