Valencia Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

First bus showed up one hour late (we were at the stop 15 minutes early. The busses we took, were ratteling like crazy. The top canapee was shifting back and forth and making lots of noise. I could hardly hear the audio because of this. The rest was okay, was easy getting on and off the bus

Purchasing the tickets was easy; however, finding our first bus stop, which was right by our hotel was an issue. The Sea You Hotel and the businesses around had no idea where the bus stop was. We ended up walking to another bus stop down by the ocean, which was over a mile away. There needs to be more awareness. Once we got the hang of the routes, we had no issue. Additionally, the first bus we rode on was really outdated. None of the headphones outlets worked on the top of the bus and the bus looked like it was going to fall apart. We purchased a 2-day pass, which was a great option. All of the other drivers and buses were really nice.

The route is perfect. But we had problems with the pick up times at the stops, since they arrived outside the marked schedule and some buses did not stop at all and there were users at the stop.

The bus that we were waiting did't show as scheduled at 10:03h at Plaza de Toros. Yes we were informed by the staff, however due to that it was owercrowded.

Ticketing experience was quick and easy. The lines do get long to wait for the bus but the stops were great and informative. The only part we didn't enjoy was the beeping from the audio, the recording had a very loud beep after every fact that was said.

It was good to see Valencia the audio guide was good the first driver was rude and refused to let me on with my mobile ticket the office support staff were helpful on the phone and the second driver was very helpful

I stupidly hadn't downloaded the app, so my ticket wouldn't work. Had to go home, download it, come back, then wait an hour for a bus. The commentary was dreadful. Poor information and grammar. A trip along the beach would have been nice.

All was good except the 30+ minute wait at one of the stops...it was way too long to wait and too far from anything for us to want to get off the bus...We had to sit it out.

Tour was filled with sufficient information! Please add more details about the exact stops on your website in order to find the stops when starting the tour!

I think it is a very good experience to have a general overview of the city and also to be able to stop at the points that are interesting for each person with the option of continuing to see possible points of interest the next day.

The map provided on the web was fixed to a certain zoom level so we had quite a lot of trouble finding our first stop to activate our tickets. This resulted in missing the first couple busses passing near us and wasting some of our day. We later found the pDF which provided zoom. The busses ran more frequently than anticipated which was a nice surprise and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately some of the busses are quite old and dirty. These particular busses are very noisy and vibrate aggressively when idling. Quite unpleasant.

Very good support from the team at the starting point (red bus) and receipt of the ticket for 48 hours. Audio guide did not start at first. Later ok. We got off at the City of Arts and Sciences and got back on at the Oceanium. On this bus it was not possible to hear the audio track as two languages were played at the same time. That's a shame, because that's why you book a hop on hop off tour, otherwise you can take the normal bus.

Ticketing experience was smooth, upon arrival, no issue with the ticket retrieval (or QR code scanning). Very pleasant experience touring with the bus, driver and staff professional and in a good mood :)

A fun way to discover the best and nicest places of Valencia without much effort. Just drive around and enjoy.

The tour was really complete. But, unfortunately, in some earphone there were 2 languages mixed (in mine one was portuguese and the other deutsch)

Handy to cover the distance between sights. When the weather is nice, nice outside in the sun. Still up until late in the evening.

The commentary was not very good and we spent a lot of time in traffic with no sound or even music. The bus was very old and the seats were uncomfortable.

I live in Valencia and i have booked it to experience it with part of my family. I loved watching this beautiful city from another perspective. You could see all the places that are a must when in Valencia and more. I loved every second of the ride. On the other side, finding the points where you can hop on a bus wasn't that lovely. The map is static and when you zoom on it you can only see approximately where the point is. Some dynamic map is a must otherwise you miss the bus even though you had like 10-15 minutes to search for the station.
