Malpensa Express Round-Trip Tickets: Milan Malpensa Airport to/from Milan Central Station

The punctuality and cleanliness of the cars without a doubt. Only one detail, I would have liked to hear the announcement when we arrived at T1 at the airport because we were chatting and I almost didn't get off in time :-)

Everything went smoothly, but unfortunately the cathedral museum was closed on Wednesdays, information on this would have been very helpful

Worked reasonably well. Had to ask for help with person at the station. Hence was not flawless but was able to get it all done in a reasonable way.

The trainitalia receptionist was just great! She directed us well. The train was on time and the trip to the main station was super fast.

Good to buy tickets in advance so you are sure to get on the train. Very straightforward and accessible. We had a HUGE case with a bike inside plus 3 other bags. Lots of luggage space and we had no problems getting on and off the train.

Good, smooth transaction. But need to improve in the ticket link after the booking confirmed, as I did not receive the link to check and check-in the ticket. And I need to call the service centre in Singapore to help me to check and update the link for me.

The scheduled train from Milan Central Station to Malpensa was cancelled. A person from the railline informed me I could still use my ticket to board. On the train,there were no announcements when we arrived at Terminal 1 . Luckily, we departed the train at the correct stop. Beyond all that, it was a good service.

The outward journey went well, but unfortunately the trains were cancelled on the return journey, so we had to take the bus.

Confirmation of the ticket purchased on the internet took too long. It took more than 20 minutes to arrive. Too long... So, in order not to miss the 12:55pm train, I had to buy another ticket from a vending machine at the station. Confirmation didn't arrive until around 1.05pm! It's the fact of having paid twice the price of the ticket (for a single journey) that leads me to give it an average rating.

This is a good service. Train back to Malpensa was slow leaving Milan, but we got to airport in time. Announcing platform (next time I'll know it is usually Platform 1) was slow in being made, so there was a bit of a rush to the train on a somewhat distant platform 1.

Need to make announcements that the train has arrived at Terminal 1 then Terminal 2. People were not sure. Have this in a screen and also announced. Important for oversees travellers negotiating the system.

Punctual, pleasant train. However, plugs for charging cell phones and a written or verbal announcement of the next station are missing

Quick and easy to use. Tickets arrived promptly and we made our connecting train on time by skipping the queues by booking online

The ease of purchasing through headout and entering the train directly without going through the vending machine, thus saving queues and waiting time.

The trip was fine except it is not clear if I needed to validate my ticket and how to do it (this an Italian issue only).
