Burj Khalifa At the Top Tickets: Level 124 & 125

Headout is awesome! Burj Khalifa was okay, up and down, as expected. IMG Worlds of Adventure was a very nice surprise! A bit out of the main sites of Dubai, but definitely worth a visit!

The feel and view was excellent from 148 level ..can't express that feeling with the words..only by experiencing you can get that .. excellent place and must visit place is Burj Khalifa..the support staffs are too good and they make sure you feel comfortable till we finish our visit and come back.. Another feedback would like to share about headout online booking is too good portal for booking and this portal made my life easier to plan my Dubai trip without any challenges..the best part of this portal is we get better discount than buying tickets directly at counter..

Even we faced a lot of transportation issues (floodings) we completed the combo and all attractions as planned. Thanks for your services.

We only had about 8 hours connecting in dubai. Decided for the more expensive burj khalifa ticket for the advantages: higher floor, No queue, good assistance. Overall great experience. Snacks and drinks at the top. Friendly staff. The lower floors had lots of people, very crowded.

Your team is not polite to tell where to go. Mostly on the transition on incoming and out going on the lift on the 125th floor. I know your staff are tired but we are also tired more. Even the person on the wheel chair can not fall in line on the VIP and he fall in line in the normal ticket.

I bought a ticket for myself and my 5 year old daughter. At the point of booking the ticket on the website, the tickbox for 3-7 yr olds was greyed out meaning it couldn't be purchased. It also said it was free for that age group. However when I got to the desk, I was told that I had to buy a ticket for my daughter which was quite frustrating even though I explained that the website said it was free. I ended up paying 155 for her so overall it wasn't a great experience. If kids are meant to pay please make it clear do we know the full price before heading there. Thanks

The view and sunset were spectaculair. Friendly staff and not too much waiting time going up. Going down did take longer and people were skipping row. Also faking priority ticket. Furthermore, photo's are expensive, digital ones could be offered cheaper

Our party of 5 was picked up right on time from my home. We were then taken by a very comfortable 7-seater SUV to the desert reserve area. Our driver Baloch provided an excellent 20 minute drive through the dunes. While this dune bashing might be a little too exciting for some, I felt very safe in the experienced hands of Baloch. The dessert camp we were first brought to was very ugly and substandard. We were then told that for an extra 50 dirhams each, we could make use of the "deluxe " facilities right next door. It goes without saying that we chose the upgrade. Although we felt ambushed by this obvious sales technique, the rest of the experience was of a high standard. The food was at the expected level and the entertainment included a very talented lineup. Having lived in Dubai for almost 15 years, I've had many such "desert trips" and I found this one of good value and enjoyable.

Good but do not understand why is not possible to buy the same number of tickets to another atraction in combo ticket. 5 tickets to Burj Khalifa and max.4 to Underwater zoo. I had to buy one extra at the cash desk.

the ticketing experience was ok, the view was not so spectacular as in Singapore from Marina Bay, the fountains were only white, no colours-lighted. The Aquarium and zoo doesn„t worth spending time to see it, there are others bigger than those ones.

Great & friendly staff. Lovely experience from 124/125th floor. Had a wonderful picture taking session and a enjoyed the gift shop.

Excellent arrangement, the elevator could have been with a small number of people as the rush was not that otherwise, the experience was awesome.

It is a magnificent feeling to be on top of the world in the highest building. The Miracle Garden however beautiful, was too much of the same and way too hot. There should be more interactivity and entertainment. Also the lack of WiFi is disappointing!

The experience was good and expectation was met but, I thought 148 was the highest level. I learnt at the venue that the highest level was floor 154 and thus, wished this was advertised as I wanted to go the highest level possible.

Compared to purchasing a ticket directly from the center, this is a pretty good deal.Nevertheless, purchasing through the headout does not now offer the direct center entry touchscreen.I am overjoyed to have received the ticket via Headuot and look forward to exploring the 124th floor's sights. I will advise my friends to purchase their tickets using Headout.

was expecting for the glass floor level however i believe it is for the higher price ticket which i think is a bit expensive if we upgrade the ticket. another thing it is a little warm in the lobby due to a lot of visitors.

It was a life time experience viewing the entire dubai from the tallest building in the world. We will cherish this moment for our entire life time
