Panoptikum + Hamburg River Cruise

The harbor tour was very informative and the captain did not lack humor. The only drawback was that we had asked 14 days before our tour whether there was anything to drink on board and were told yes. Well, that wasn't the case and at least we were able to get a little something at the last minute. But otherwise top

Saw lots of interesting details and heard explanations. Visited areas that are otherwise inaccessible. 100% recommendation!

First the captain was a half hour late which interferred with our plans, we still were able to enjoy the ride. The online audio in english is not available until next year, so we were guided in German and no one understand nothing. Oh well, the sights were pretty. Lastly we thought we were going in the cannals as it is a small boat, however no where upon booking was there mention of tides. So because of low tide we stayed in the main harbor which was far less interesting to us. Otherwise for the price, the boat is comfortable and could be highly recommended if not for these few things mentioned above.

Had hoped to apend more time in UNESCO area. Also, knew commentary was only available in german, but reading info in english, was just not sarisfactory.

I was totally thrilled - I have rarely experienced such a very entertaining and informative harbor tour! In the 1 hour I got great insider knowledge about the most important spots in Hamburg and often laughed heartily - definitely recommended!

The captain of the launch was very open-minded and had a super positive effect on us. His explanations of the respective descriptions showed a very good knowledge of what is happening around the port of Hamburg. The trip was very entertaining and informative.

Cruise was lovely but it got quite fogged up inside. There wasnt any instructions for non-german speakers given and the link to the audio guide from the headout app didn't work. I had to manually search the cruise company and find it and then search for a QR code on the ship. The guide itself was ok but kept glitching and repeating the same sections. Could have just been a better overall experience, but the cruise itself was great if you went onto the outside deck.

A pleasant tour of Hamburg's harbor, with commentary in German and therefore only partly understandable as a Frenchwoman, but the night view is still impressive.

das Wetter war super und die Stimmung auf dem Schiff war heiter und gelöst. Da es voll und laut war, konnte man den Ansager nicht gut verstehen.

The tour guide was very good! Sympathetic voice and sound knowledge! Insinuating remarks about "Rosie" and the like, however, I would like to hear as a woman nowadays actually no more, especially since in other European countries the "buying" of women is rightly already prohibited, hopefully soon also in Germany!

The quiet ride on the Spree with all the sights was very nice. There was also a very good and reasonably priced drink service on board!

Der Kapitän erklärte alles ausführlich war aber nicht nur interessant sondern auch äußerst witzig; zudem fuhr er uns ganz nahe an die aktuell ankernden größten Schiffe. Die Fahrt dauerte fast 90 (statt der veranschlagten 60) Minuten, was allen Passagieren sehr gefiel.

Very nice cruise! The port visit is well worth the detour. Too bad the commentary app doesn't work very well. A classic audio guide system would certainly be more suitable!

Nice team Nice narration with some "wit" and "charm". Unfortunately, the speakers constantly dropped out / the sentence arrived choppy - was a bit annoying :) Cool sas was overdrawn and instead of 1 std 1,15 std was driven. All around a nice tour :)

Lovely cruise and efficient booking process. However the App didn't work, even when I managed to download it. Maybe the crew should consider making some of the commentary in English?
