Everything!! The venue was beautiful renovated and just gorgeous to walk around inside and experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. And the performance of Hamilton far exceeded our expectations!!

The play was spectacular. The person's head in the seat directly in front of me made it difficult to see. Also seatmate was on her phone and talked with her seatmate throughout performance. I've never had such a bad theatre experience and in no part due to the performance.

Amazing theatre with great staffs. The show exceeded all my expectation! Only one bad thing was the seat, it was too crammed for bigger-sized people for sure.

We loved Hamilton. The app was easy-peasy to use, the staff was incredibly helpful, the theater was gorgeous and clean, and the actors were amazing! My only question, as an American who used to go to Broadway when I lived in the States, is why no one stood to applaud the actors' performance at the end of the play to show their appreciation?

I booked several months in advance. The seats were great, the theater was first class, and the play was excellent. It worked as it was supposed to work. Order on line, receive electronic tkts on line on phone. Go to theater, no fuss, correct seats and scan of phone tkts was flawless.

Best Hamilton ever! Ticketing was a breeze. All in all, quite memorable an experience. Headout made everything smooth and efficient and friendly. Boffo, mates!

The whole show was amazing and getting some autographs after just topped the day off: it was my daughters 19th and one of the cast sang happy birthday afterwards- so so special especially as my dad is seriously ill and I was determined to take her mind off this and give her a special day: I'd love to thank him again somehow

Everything went smoothly both buying tickets and receiveing tickets. The show itself was great, loved every bit of it. Would like to come again :-)

It was a FABULOUS show. Our seats were wonderful (center), and the acoustics were excellent. We would come to this theatre again, and I highly recommend Hamilton.

The performance itself was really special! The only negative point is the legroom in the seats, which are quite small and short.

We didn't know the story too well and really enjoyed how it was told. The music was a fantastic way to tell the story. The head ou system was very easy to use.

Performance and service there was impeccable, but forcing me to download the headout app just to see the ticket is highly frustrating, will not use it again, will book next time through someone who can just send them to my email as a pdf.

Ticketing was simple, all notifications were clear, good that the tickets are available offline in the app. We all loved the show. The music was great, the performer of the King was superb.

The Victoria Hall is a great venue for Hamilton, even if our sits were not the best, we had a great view. The atmosphere was peaceful. And the show... It was outstanding! Vibrant. There were two of us: my 16 years old son and I and we had both a stunning experience: the musics, the voices of the actors, the story, the meaning behind the story... we loved evertything. A truely awesome experience. We will remember and talk about it for a long time.

Great performance & great setting. We were visiting London from the USA and couldn't have been more happy with our decision to go!!

Very efficient- didn't have to worry about what to do (ie you kept us well informed). Fab show. Seats at theatre (Royal Circle) not v comfortable after a while.

It was a great show , very entertaining and fabulous acting, costumes and singing. Our one big disappointment was the seating. Royal circle Row B 38 and 39 .... no leg room and shallow seat. Did get alternative seat but first half was uncomfortable.

LOVED my experience. From the Victoria palace theater to the whole show, everything was jsit amazing. I got a seat at the back, but still have pretty good views, adore the fact that I can see what's going on on the stage. The sound and the actors are also amazing. It's my first time watching Hamilton in theater, so I don't know the actors, but they did a wonderful job! I'd love to visit again if I have the chance.

Everything from the staff to the seamless mess of ticketing and queuing to the amazing performers on stage, can't wait to be back
