It was all so easy and smooth. Bruno was our guide for the Eiffel Tower and he was SO nice, friendly and knowledgeable!

The most memorable aspect of the tour was the indepth knowledge our tour guide had about so many aritifacts in the Louvre. We asked several detailed questions about everything we saw and he was able to thoroughly answer the questions. He made the tour interesting and engaging.

Everything as expected. Beautiful rooms, exciting art, an overrated and crowded Monalisa. Just a shame that almost all the toilets were closed at the same time and the ones that were open were relatively dirty. About the Eigang la carrousel is absolutely recommendable.

For the price it was totally great.
As an experience I must comment that it is good to take both things at the same time, but if you do it you must consider the time to get from one place to another, so it is advisable to do a tour first and the next day to do the next, in both, Palace of Versailles and Louvre Museum there are too many things to see, so it should be calmly because one is very exhausted from so much walking.

The Museum itself, I have been to the Louvre twice before and each time it is a new excitement. Discovering new works of art that you hadn't noticed before due to lack of time
I recommend, however, that you do not take the 4:30 p.m. slot then they close early, at about 6 p.m. and you are left with little time for sightseeing

Liked our guide , hard to find the meeting place/venue especially for foreigner-un familiar with the area .
I was not informed that I have to print the actual ticket to get in line for the louvre museum ..

The guided tour at the Eiffel Tower had to be done through my phone. I don't remember any mention that I would need some Bluetooth device for the tour. Didn't skip any line at the louvre mueseum

Lovely doesn't do justice to the magnitude of this iconic museum. We were enchanted from the moment we caught view from the street. Everything about this experience was unforgettable. The service was great, pre-paid ticket system was seamless and fast! The only downside was the wait for the restroom. So, don't use the ones on the main lobby floor! Others may be quicker. Overall, a magical time.

It was easy to book tickets with Headout. The art in the Louvre was definitely what made it memorable, that museum is massive and could easily take days to truly enjoy. We were there for half an afternoon, but loved getting to see the art and all that the Louvre museum had to offer.

Lo más memorable fueron los jardines. Tener en consideración que las entradas a las habitaciones del palacio son pequeñas y es mucha la gente por lo tanto no se lo recomendaría a personas con crisis de pánico y\o claustrofobia.

The art and the Louvre were amazing.
The WiFi at the louvre was THE worst and I couldn't get my tickets online or downloaded while in line for a timed entry. It was incredibly stressful and filled with anxiety.

it's not dissatisfaction, it's that i thought there is no waiting if I have tickets for particular time, still it was half an hour in Versailles, 45 min in Louvre. As turned out that almost all people had tickets for a particular time. weird

Memorable because the museum was so crowded it was unclear where I could find a map or the audio guide. I had intended to explore what I could of the galleries in the 2 hours available but that was limited by the lack of signs & infirmation available on staircases & courtyards. I will return but on this occasion was left with feelings of frustration that one of the most important museum/galleries in the work should be so difficult to navigate.

Convenient service, some queuing is still required. It pays to arrive well before the booked time to be among the first of that group. The museum is too big and very confusing with little logic and cluttered works.

As I have been to Tower 10+yrs ago, and this time round is for the sake of my nephew. The guide did do the explanation to us on how the Tower are named and how how it works and functions till Level 2 and that's All. Too windy and could not find good spot for photos

The experience itself was beatiful, although in front of Mona Lisa there was a huge line but that's excpected so. Also the big painting of coronation was also in Versailles so I'm interested which one is the original?

Unfortunately it was school holidays and the amount of people there made it very unpleasant. The line up to get in was so long even with pre purchased tickets.

Great guide. But unfrtunately that part that you should meet the guide and grab your tickets - completely in another place, not jext to the tower - its been confusing
