Anna was a wonderful guide, she was very knowledgeable and showed us the highlights of the city. She walked at an agreeable pace for everyone with frequent stops in the shade for the sharing of information. What a great small group experience!

The night tour seems like a better choice to avoid the crowds. We had Amandine and she was a delight. Her cheerful personality made the tour a very pleasant experience. She kept up a steady pace, not slow and not fast and always made sure all of our questions were answered.

The best thing about the tour was our guide, Sharon. She was welcoming and warm. Sharon shared her knowledge of each spot with genuine enthusiasm but without talking too much. She managed to maintain a perfect balance of info and casual chit chat and by the end it felt as if we were all a group of friends taking a walk. I would also like to commend the customer service staff who helped me tremendously when I was at the wrong meeting spot. IMPORTANT!! The meeting spot in the email was not correct and two of us on the tour went to that spot first.
