Combo: Uffizi Entry + Accademia Gallery Entry Tickets with Host

Really well organised. Guides in company named t shirts met at the meeting time. This allowed you to skip the line. Very busy so worth it.

The customer service was great when ordering the tickets. Inside the museum the signage was poor and it was easy to miss areas.

Rachel was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all our questions. The museum was excellent, especially the David which we wanted to see in person and learn about

I arrived at the meeting point and the Headout staff was there. Within 5 minutes they handed me my tickets and I entered the museum at the selected time.

Admission was fast, avoiding long lines. The treatment was adequate and the entrance was well organized, taking into account the large number of people attending!

Of the three tours I booked via headout, this was the only one that the tour company was enjoyable to work with. The host who met us there from Crown Tours was very lovely. She continued to check in with the group members to ensure that everyone was in the right line and even held her umbrella over people to shelter from the rain. After a previous bad tour experience the previous day, she was a breath of fresh air.

It was easy to locate our guide to receive our tickets and we were able to pass through the long line of people for quicker entry. The Statue of David was the highlight of our visit here.

I had no issues! Mo was there with muy tickets as expected. It seems a lot to pay to get Tickets ahead of time, but I was glad to see the Uffizi.

You would think you can get yourself in line at a museum without paying for help, but not if you want to see David! A narrow street filled with multiple time entry queues, we were happy to find our headout "guide" and have her navigate the chaos for us. Once in the museum we were on our own and it was perfect.

The audio guide provided is very limited. There are lots of different items in the museum that is not covered by the audio guide.

The exhibit was wonderful!! The queue situation was chaotic however. Too many lines trying to merge with each other. It was confusing.

The meeting point was easy to find and the tour operator staff were very visible and helpful. Still have to queue a little bit but nothing in comparison to general admission. The gallery has lots of great pieces on display and David alone is worth the admission. Worthwhile doing it this way to avoid the lengthy general admission queue.

Our guide was incredibly rude, handed us our tickets and pointed to a line. We paid for four tickets and as only three of us showed up he took the other one. That's all we saw of this horribly rude individual, thank goodness.

A great experience especially to see the works of BOTICCELI, however my wife needed to enter a bathroom and unfortunately it was a torment, first to find one, was an achievement but oh surprise still lacked the most complicated, there was only one toilet and 5 people to enter ...... seems inconceivable that a museum of such importance and volume of people who enter and pay a significant amount of euros do not have the ability to make an assessment of the amount of services required for a world class museum. I hope that my comment will be forwarded to the corresponding authorities and that at some point this painful and regrettable inconvenience will be corrected.

Hi, we were concerned with our booking due to fact that our 2 month reservation was cancelled for the Domo climb. (No reason given)We decided to keep the reservation and hope for the best, as this was the first time we have used Headsout. Usually we use Viator. Fortunately, things went Great! As stated Hershey met use on time and she was very kind and answered all our questions. The only thing that we missed was the included audio recording. There was no one to assist us. As far as all the details stated on your website, they were accurate. Well done. As for the future, I always think of it in terms of would I recommend Headout. I probably will give it another try. Just traveled 5000 miles and didn't get to climb the Domo. Kinda sucks seeing others up there. I hope this helps your company improve. The person who had to give us the tickets was not very nice, but I still think they should wear a badge so that we know who to look for.

We paid extra for a hosted tour. When we arrived we were told that they were skip the line tickets. Our friends had regular tickets and arrived inside 20 minutes after us. I have no idea why we paid an extra $30. We did not have a hosted tour.

The museum itself was amazing. It's an incredible place. I like that the guide had a large flag showing us where to meet. He gave us our tickets and pointed us to the door. He wasn't actually a "guide". I think you should tell people the "optional audio guide" is 6 Euros and is independent from your group. I would use your services again but you need to be more clear about what your offer. Thanks

The tickets were easy to collect. The "Headout" site was six blocks away from the Gallery --- so this added time. When we arrived at the gallery we could not see signage for "Fast Entry". We found the entry, and processed through efficiently. Then there are too many visitors at the Uffizi Gallery.

We had a wonderful time visiting the Accademia Galleria in Florence, Italy. This tour service was very accommodating when we arrived late for our booking and were friendly and kept us updated with entry to the museum. They were wonderful! We highly recommend them.
