Combo: Colosseum + Borghese Gallery Tickets

I loved the experience, simple and practical. The ticket was available and entry was super easy! We loved the beautiful place!

Although the tickets only were sent the day before the visit, the experience was incredible. My only problem is that the ticket called "Full Experience" is not "full". The undergrounds of the arenas are not included.

We had an incredible experience! We did the guided tour and Irene was so passionate and really made the art come alive for us. Would highly recommend this museum and the guided tour.

Easy access to 2 entrances to 2 sites Pleasantly surprised to have had access to the Colosseum arena and the Aula Isiaca hall at the Palatium. On the other hand, I recommend that you make your reservation with a "gmail" email address, because with my "Wanadoo.fr" address I didn't receive the 2 tickets. I had to urgently contact Headout via Chat so that they could send me the tickets to a gmail address, which I received within 24 hours. Lionel

Everything went smoothly, entrances are very quick and the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Palatine Mount are incredibly beautiful places.

The attractions I visited stand for themselves and certainly don't need a separate rating. Booking via Headout is relatively easy, but what really annoys me is that I only receive my ticket on an app (!!) three days before the booked event and there is not even the option to print it out. Sorry, but that's not acceptable. I don't want to have the tickets on my cell phone. What's more, we didn't even have tickets 2 (!) days before the event and had to ask what had happened. In the end it worked out, but it all caused unnecessary stress. When I have ordered and paid for my ticket, I want to receive it immediately and be able to print it out. I would never order a ticket from you again.

La activida genial,pero como mejoras recomendaría un poco mas de informacion dle recorrido recomendado o un mapa detallado, la audioguia no está mal pero podría tener algo mas de información

Comprei os ingressos para o Coliseu, Monte Palatino e Fórum Romano, foi fácil de selecionar o dia e horário. Para entrar, apresentei os ingressos on line numa das entradas do Fórum Romano e fizemos todo o passeio incluindo o Monte Palatino e as atrações exclusivas a qual o ingresso dava direito. Chegando próximo do horário marcado, fomos para a entrada do Coliseu, aguardamos um pouco pois estávamos adiantados, logo após uns minutos, entramos e visitamos o Cliseu.

You had a meeting point and someone to meet us. I also love the Dafne and Apollo statue. However I wanted a tee of Dafne and Apollo and you didn't have it.

The Colosseum and the Roman Forum + Palatine Hill were very impressive. The check-in with the tickets worked well. However, we had expected more from the audio guide. Individual files were sometimes not available, the quality was choppy and there were repeated dropouts due to overloading of the local mobile network. Unfortunately, this spoiled the experience somewhat.

The organization was great! We spent wonderful hours in Rome and could rely on the bus at all times. The visit to Villa Borghese was particularly uplifting. Here, too, everything was perfectly organized!

I was unable to listen to the audioguide during the visit and would have liked to listen to it after the visit but it had expired.

Avoiding the queue of more than two hours when I wasn't sure if I had a ticket was the best thing of all! I also found it easy to pay, book and meet the people who gave me the ticket. Everything was great!

The guide was on time and we were early which allowed us to get an earlier time slot. The only shame was that only 1 floor is open and we didn't get any notification of that and still paid full price. The gallery itself is beautiful! Highly recommended. And personally one of the most beautiful things we have seen in Rome/

We ware glad that it was more quiet than the awfull crowd in the Sixtine Chapelle. There were good qaulifided guids and good information.

The top floor of the venue was not open due to refurbishment at the Gallery. More than half the items to see were on this floor. No mention was at any point made of this, not did the ticket price represent the fact that we were only able to see half of the collection. Surely there should have been a reduction in price to compensate.

In my case, the service consisted of having bought the ticket to avoid the lines and take advantage of the time, and the goal was achieved, the girl who helped me to give me the ticket was very valuable, fortunately she spoke the necessary Spanish and that was invaluable. The gallery, a marvel.

A very beautiful museum experience but the staff is just really unfriendly, no explenation how the audioguide works, any questions : you get your nose bit off! You just have to figure it out yourself.

I biglietti erano prenotati e pagati per l' 8 marzo,i biglietti inviati erano invece per il 9 marzo e ovviamente non mi hanno fatto entrare. E non c'è statomodo di risolvere la cosa ne sulla app ne on-line, inoltre non posso chiedere un rimborso E non avete visto la faccia di mio figlio
