Combo (Save 5%): Burj Khalifa at the Top + Dubai Frame Tickets

Thought it was OK. I probably spent more time queuing up than I did at 124 and 125. Not really worth the wait if I'm honest. Don't see the point in booking time slots when I went in half an hour early and still never got to the lift until after my allocated slot.

The Staffs and Guides were really friendly. Everything was so well managed and we reccomend our friend and relatives to come and visit this place.

Very easy process for ticketing and staff was very courteous enough to guide all the tourists. It was an amazing experience for our entire family and they're really astonished that what a great macro management has been done and considered the future plans and no. Of tourists likely to visit the place....great structure and it has to be considered the eight Wonder of the world...

Burj khalifa experience was amazing.. Aquarium children loved it.. Desert safari our driver Kareem from Pakistan was awsum.. He made us comfortable during our desert safari experience

We had a very mixed experience, we booked our tickets online for the Dubai Garden Glow which also included the dinosaur Park, we really just wanted to go for the Dubai Garden Glow. On arrival to the front desk at the park, the female was quite pushy when it came to upselling us two tickets for the Magic Park. She told us that this was the main bit of the park and was a 'must see' and 'not to be missed', as we didn't know any better or what this was and she seemed adamant we would be missing out if we didn't pay her an extra 90 AED for the tickets we decided to give it a go. Safe to say this was extremely dissapoint and absolutely not worth the money whatsoever, we were in and out within 5 minutes it was that bad, a really dissapointing 'attraction' if it can be called that. We then went around the Glow Garden which is what we really wanted to see and it was amazing, clearly a lot of effort has gone it to it and the lights were really impressive. On exiting the park we spoke with the same female who upsold us the magic park tickets and stated how severly dissapointing we were with the magic park and asked for our money back (for the magic park only, not the whole attraction) as this is what she upsold us with false hopes and claims. She stated as we had been inside the magic park and effectively l used the tickets she could not refund the money. This unfortunately put a downer on what would have been an amazing visit to a very impressive attraction. Visit Garden Glow, DO NOT visit Magic Park unless you want to be dissapointed.

Entry was quick and without any problems. The information was very informative and the view was phenomenal. As we had no time constraints, we were able to stay as long as we wanted. Everything ran like clockwork. It was a successful day!!! 👍🙋‍♂️🙋🏻

The ticket booking experience was seamless. Would recommend people visiting to plan the visit during the golden hour ( sunset) to experience the daytime and evening view

Headout is a fantastic site/app to use to book tickets compared to others. It offers discounts - what's not to like?! And if no WiFi, no problem, you can still use the Headout app to access tickets. Absolutely brilliant and I wish I'd known about it earlier! The trip to the Frame was amazing - from the amazing park and water/fountain displays to the top of the Frame with amazing views of both Old and New Dubai on show. Highly recommend to use Headout and book your tickets for the Frame! *****

The experience at Dubai glow garden was not enjoyable as it was full of mosquitoes and we could not really enjoy the park. Experience at Burj Khalifa was nice.

Burj Khalifa ingress ticket is slightly overpriced. It's a nice experience, but it's hard to justify 45€ per person. Aquarium is short but sweet, Underwater zoo was nice, and our son loved the otters.

Sincerelly the safari tour with ather abbas guide is just our best activity. Zoo in the Mall is rich of animal and very surprising. Aquarium is too short. Burj khalifa is amazing and the history of buld are interresting

It was a smooth experience to book and visit the Frame as well as Glow garden and dinosaur park. There are a lot of different dinosaurs on display at the park.

It was a Memorable Experience For us, Each zone of Lightshows gave a chill into our hearts! The Whole Presention of Each Catagory was Spectacular , Cant properly Remember The Name of the Zones but the whole experience is inside our Heart. One in a Few Experiences While our Visit in Dubai. It was Desert Safari and Burj Khalifa. Desrert safari was good and we got good driver n car as awesome as well. Driver was good guide.

Everything right for breath taking views to clicking never ending pictures at every possible position in every possible way!

My son and myself enjoyed it a lot . Waiting time was not long . I would suggest more shade for people who need to wait longer outside . Nice experience and friendly staff

Our trip got cancelled due to Dubai rains but headout was considerate enough to reschedule our tickets by adding it to credit points to be used later at our convenience in spite of being non refundable . Can't thank them enough
