Hosted Entry Tickets to Castel Sant'Angelo with Audio Guide

Hi, it was very complicated to download the audio guide. We downloaded the application and when it indicated to download the map we could never, it was impossible so we toured the castle without the information.

Overall, fine but we had a hard time finding the person in charge of our passes. It was explained that she would be wearing a red T-shirt and orange umbrella. I was in a red t-shirt but the umbrella was red too, and folded and placed under her backpack.

The castle was brilliant we had a great time. When we arrived the young lady scanned my voucher on the app. Have us a card and told us to download the app so we could listen to information about the castle. This app was rubbish. We also arrived at a time it was quiet. If we add realized this we wouldn't of bought this trip. And we could of saved €30. Was really disappointed.

The experience was good. It was easy to identify the person who provided the tickets. It would be better if you could mention before the name of application which should be downloaded for audio guide in order to avoid doing this when raining

La visite est intéressante avec l'audio guide, attention celui-ci est à télécharger sur votre téléphone. Dommage ne pas proposer certains lieux du château en visite virtuelle afin de se rendre compte des lieux tels qu'ils étaient auparavant.

It would be good to download guide before coming to venue. On a differenct tour I did that and it was great since wifi at room is faster than on street. The person barely cared that they did not have wifi available for guide!! this is a problem thatb is on management!!

Hello, after booking everything went smoothly, we received our tickets at the meeting point and also a code to download the Audiogait. Audiogait was a great guide and we had a pleasant stay at Castel Sant'Angelo. Thank you very much.

The audio guide was very intuitive and worked great. Also the person who was waiting for us to give us the ticket, very friendly.

I thought this booking came with a guide or at least an audio guide that we would be given, not that I would need to download an app and guide, very poorly run, booking not clear. Would not recommend

The lady with red jacket whom I had to go get actual tickets from had an attitude and was not welcoming at all. Once inside the entrance, the gentleman who guide us through the que was really nice but we were never offered the audio guide equipment if there was any as mentioned prior to purchasing the tickets. It was unexpectedly disappointing.

Loved Castel Sant Angelo. It would be helpful for travelers with low wifi abilities to be able to download the audio in advance to coming to pick up the tickets. We were unable to use the audio based on this as I did not have enough bandwidth for the download to successfully download. Otherwise was easy to locate the staff providing the tickets.

It was great. Love the experience wish there was a little more comentry around the Palace. But the Palace was absolutely gorgeous.

Purchasing the tickets was very easy. The delivery of the tickets was also easy, right at the entrance of Castel Sant'Angelo. The girl who delivered the tickets to us was very kind and very clear in her explanations. The Castle then, it is wonderful.

There was no mention during the booking process that the voucher needs to be exchanged for tickets. There was no mention to how and where to meet the guide. There was no mention of the need to download the app.

The guide Stefano was excellent, he knew a lot about the place we were visiting, he did not stop talking for almost 3 hours of the tour. We were really amazed with this tour.

The actual venue was great, but Wi-Fi hotspot was not provided like the website said so I could not download the audio guide and believe I missed out on a huge opportunity to learn. I was not very pleased. I would like a refund.

I did not have to print out my confirmation ahead of time to give to my guide. Everything now days is electronic and there was another tour I went on that said you HAD to.pront them out to give to guide. When people book through a guide just to help with entrance of sites...we are looking for no Hassel and a quick entrance. This was perfect.

Hello- Picking up the tickets was so easy! We appreciated that we were met right in front of Castel and easy to identify. The employee was friendly & informative. Couldn't have been easier! The app worked great & we enjoyed our self guided tour. Such a mind blowing place! The lemon cake in cafe was devine

Castel Sant'Angelo really worth a visit. Very quick entry with the ticket already purchased and complete and easy to use audio guide.
