The museum itself was awesome. The problem i had was the audio was in English but spoken by a non English speaking person with a heavy accent so for all purposes it was impossible to understand her and therefore what i was looking at. I was extremely disappointed in but getting the history i so wanted to understand. Also. The museum changed it's hours due to the holiday but didn't list it on the website. So twice we arrived and the museum was closed. We weather alot of time due to this plus we didn't have enough time left once it was open to see the exhibits as long as we would've liked to because we planned all our time around other sites and their hours etc. I really could not fit the life of me understand why a non natural or clear English speaking person was chosen to do an audio for English speaking people?!?!? I was going to ask for a refund but i was too busy doing my other site seeing. Thank you

So glad we purchased the tickets on line. The museum was a great experience and we learned so much about the history. Be sure to watch the movie it provides a lot of important detail and all that went on with this remarkable landmark.

The whole museum is built like the Parthenon with the frisians and reliefs, the best part was for me the holographic golden Athene statue from the top of the Parthenon.

Very chaotic; not clear what was'the skip the line' line an what was not.
Museum was nice but not very special, there are better museums in Athenes to see the classic greeks

The Tour was exceptional. I used the Free Audio guide provided by the Museum. I felt cheated as I was trying to order from the Museum site not this intermediary.

The exhibit was amazing. The building itself is beautiful and presents the collection in the best way. Enjoyed it so much

Getting an online ticket for the Acropolis Museum via this service was easy and convenient. However, don't spend an extra E2 for their audio tour.
You download an app that is supposed to track your location and tell you about what you are seeing. The app couldn't track me, and kept starting over at the beginning. Bring ear buds, scan the QR code the museum posts in several places, and use the museum's free audio tour, which worked better

The atmosphere, great architecture, lots of space between the exhibits, great roof terrace with spectacular views of the Acropolis, delicious coffee

The exhibits were very interesting and allowed you to see the acropolis as it was at different times throughout history.

Access to the museum was quick and we could skip the long queue! Modern museum with fantastic pieces, not overloaded. Didactically well done!

The audio guide was great and in French. It was like playing a game to discover the next sculpture.
The queue-cutting tickets were useless because there was no queue.

Fast track line appreciable also with kids. You just have to show their ID. The museum is very interesting. Even for children and especially after visiting the Acropolis site.

Demos was an awesome guide. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his city. He showed us and explained parts of the acropolis that we may have just waked past or missed if going on our own. The skip the line ticket was a big time saver, made entry for our small group very easy. With help from Demos, we were really able to appreciate the history of the 2500 year old architectural masterpiece.

The amazing display of work and how they were able to piece together some of the damaged pieces so you could see a completed work. The space was also incredible. Enjoyed every minute.

It was a bit overcrowded and the cloak/entrance waiting time was long. For some reason, one guy told me to put my bag in the cloak half way between my tour so I had to go to the cloak, check my bag in, tried to come back in but the ticket no longer worked

The museum was amazing, the only issue was while our tickets said it was open until 8pm (and purchased late yesterday), it in fact closed at 3 pm something we were only told about at 2:45 as we were hearded out. We would certainly have liked to spend more time there.

The atmosphere and the stayed exposed are beautiful and the view from outside is fantastic to see the operas and the Parthenon together

There was not much of a wait for tickets, and the staff were very smiley, except when we were not allowed to take photos, but we did not see any indication that they were forbidden.

A magnificent museum full of history and interest, but not very accessible to the French. This does not enhance the site to the extent it offers.

I'm so happy a friend shared that we should really go see the Acropolis. Our guide, Tina, was so helpful with sharing the history, past and present, of the Acropolis and Athens. I highly recommend guided tours since I learned so much more than I did. Great view and weather.
